इसी क्रम में शनिवार देर सायं को जिलाधिकारी द्वारा हल्द्वानी नगर निगम के वार्ड संख्या 48 के विभिन्न क्षेत्र,दो नहरिया,फेंड्स कालोनी, मल्ली बमौरी के त्रिलोक नगर फेस 1 तथा फेस 2, नीलकंठ कालोनी का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया।

क्षेत्र में एडीबी परियोजना अंतर्गत उत्तराखंड शहरी क्षेत्र विकास एजेसी
(UUSDA) द्वारा किए जा रहे पेयजल आपूर्ति एवं सीवरेज कार्य का निरीक्षण कर कार्य की जानकारी ली। इस दौरान किए गए कार्य से क्षतिग्रस्त सड़क तथा उसे अस्थाई रूप से की गई बहाली व सुधारीकरण कार्य का भी निरीक्षण किया।

इस दौरान क्षेत्र में किए जा रहे निर्माण कार्यों से हो रही विभिन्न समस्याओं आदि के बारे में भी जिलाधिकारी द्वारा स्थानीय लोगों से जानकारी ली। जिसमें *त्रिलोक नगर क्षेत्र में पेयजल की समस्या से लोगों द्वारा जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया,इस संबंध में जिलाधिकारी ने जल संस्थान के अधिशासी अभियंता को शीघ्र क्षेत्र की पेयजल की समस्या के समाधान के निर्देश देते हुए कार्यदाई संस्था के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि निर्माण कार्य के दौरान अगर किसी की भी पेयजल लाईन क्षतिग्रस्त हो जाती है तो तत्काल उसी दिन उसे ठीक कराया जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र वासियों द्वारा हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर जो भी समस्या व शिकायत दर्ज कराई जाती है उसका तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए समाधान किया जाय*

इस दौरान त्रिलोक नगर में सिंचाई गूल से होने वाले जल भराव की समस्या के संबंध में भी स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा अवगत कराया इस संबंध में जिलाधिकारी ने एसडीएम हल्द्वानी एवं अधिशासी अभियंता सिंचाई को तत्काल समस्या के समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

क्षेत्र में विभिन्न स्थानों में झूलते हुए विद्युत तारों की समस्या के समाधान हेतु जिलाधिकारी ने शीघ्र ही विद्युत केबल लाईन बिछाने के साथ ही जहॉं जहॉं अतिरिक्त विद्युत पोलों की आवश्यकता है उन्हें लगाते हुए शीघ्रता से कार्य पूर्ण करने के निर्देश अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत को दिए*

इस दौरान त्रिलोक नगर में एक स्थान में सड़क से विद्युत पोल को किनारे हटाने की क्षेत्रवासियों की मांग पर जिलाधिकारी ने अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत को शीघ्र ही स्थानीय लोगों की आम सहमति से विद्युत पोल को शिफ्ट करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने लोनिवि के अधिशासी अभियंता को निर्देश दिए कि कालोनी के अंदर मुख्य लिंक मार्गों को एकमांह में सुचारू करें,अधिक समय तक न रखें साथ ही जिलाधिकारी ने कार्यदाई संस्था एडीबी के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि निर्माण कार्य हेतु *एकदिन में पाईप लाईन बिछाए जाने हेतु जितनी सड़क खोदी जाती है, उसमें उसी दिन गढ्ढा भरान का कार्य कर लिया जाय प्रयास रहे कि लोगों को समस्या न हो। इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने कार्य के दौरान धूल की समस्या के समाधान हेतु नियमित पानी छिड़काव के भी निर्देश कार्यदाई संस्था को दिए।इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि वह अगले सप्ताह इन सभी समस्याओं के समाधान के संबंध में पुनः समीक्षा करेंगी।
