हरिद्वार में नूतन न्याय संहिता पर राज्य स्तरीय प्रदर्शनी का शुभारंभ…

हरिद्वार, 8 मार्च। केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने शनिवार को हरिद्वार के बैरागी कैंप में उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा “नूतन न्याय संहिता” विषय पर आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन किया। यह प्रदर्शनी भारत सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए भारतीय न्याय संहिता, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता एवं भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन तथा जनजागरूकता के उद्देश्य से आयोजित की जा रही है।

यह प्रदर्शनी आम नागरिकों, अधिवक्ताओं, पुलिस अधिकारियों और अभियोजन अधिकारियों सहित सभी हितधारकों को आधुनिक आपराधिक न्याय प्रणाली से अवगत कराने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित की गई है। प्रदर्शनी में न्याय संहिताओं की प्रमुख विशेषताओं को सरल, दृश्य और संवादात्मक माध्यमों से प्रस्तुत किया गया है।

इसमें समयबद्ध जांच और आरोपपत्र दाखिल करने की अनिवार्यता, शून्य प्राथमिकी तथा ऑनलाइन प्राथमिकी की व्यवस्था, सात वर्ष से अधिक दंडनीय अपराधों में अनिवार्य न्याय वैज्ञानिक जांच, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और डिजिटल साक्ष्यों की वैधता तथा महिलाओं और बच्चों के विरुद्ध अपराधों के लिए सशक्त प्रावधान जैसी प्रमुख विशेषताएं शामिल हैं। उल्लेखनीय है कि भारतीय न्याय संहिता जैसे नए कानूनों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में उत्तराखंड देश में पहले स्थान पर रहा है। यह प्रदर्शनी 9 मार्च तक जारी रहेगी।

प्रदर्शनी के जरिए बयां हो रही है विकास गाथा

केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने शनिवार को ही हरिद्वार के बैरागी कैंप में उत्तराखंड सरकार की विकासपरक उपलब्धियों पर आधारित विकास प्रदर्शनी का भी उद्घाटन किया। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री ने विभिन्न स्टॉलों पर जाकर प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन भी किया।

यह प्रदर्शनी उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार द्वारा पिछले चार वर्षों में किए गए विकास कार्यों, जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं और लिए गए ऐतिहासिक निर्णयों पर आधारित है। इसमें आधारभूत ढांचे का विकास, सड़क और संपर्क मार्गों का सुदृढ़ीकरण, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विस्तार, शिक्षा क्षेत्र में सुधार, निवेश प्रोत्साहन, पर्यटन विकास, धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों के संरक्षण तथा सीमांत क्षेत्रों के विकास से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों को प्रमुखता से दर्शाया गया है।

इसके साथ ही राज्य सरकार द्वारा लिए गए कई महत्वपूर्ण और ऐतिहासिक निर्णयों को भी प्रदर्शनी में स्थान दिया गया है।
