देहरादून। उत्तराखंड सरकार ने पूर्व उपनल कर्मियों को राहत देते हुए वर्ष 2026–27 के बजट में समान कार्य के लिए समान वेतन उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में बड़ा निर्णय लिया है। राज्य सरकार ने इस मद में 289 करोड़ 98 लाख 29 हजार रुपये की धनराशि का प्रावधान किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों के हितों के प्रति पूरी तरह संवेदनशील है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व उपनल कर्मियों ने विभिन्न विभागों में लंबे समय तक महत्वपूर्ण सेवाएं दी हैं और उनके हितों की रक्षा करना सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है। इसी सोच के साथ सरकार ने समान कार्य के लिए समान वेतन की व्यवस्था लागू करने के लिए बजट में पर्याप्त धनराशि सुनिश्चित की है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह निर्णय सरकार की समावेशी और संवेदनशील शासन व्यवस्था का प्रतीक है। सरकार कर्मचारियों के कल्याण, प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने तथा प्रदेश में पारदर्शी और उत्तरदायी शासन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लगातार प्रयासरत है।

उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि इस निर्णय से पूर्व उपनल कर्मियों को राहत मिलेगी और वे अधिक उत्साह के साथ राज्य के विकास में अपनी भूमिका निभा सकेंगे।
