उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद ने श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा और सुरक्षा के लिए 20 मार्च से आनलाइन पंजीकरण व्यवस्था शुरू की है। वहीं, 28 अप्रैल से विकासनगर, हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश में आफलाइन पंजीकरण भी चल रहे हैं। रोजाना भारी संख्या में श्रद्धालु पंजीकरण करा रहे हैं।
