यूपीसीएल के एमडी अनिल कुमार ने बताया कि 24 घंटे का केंद्रीयकृत कॉल सेंटर संचालित किया जा रहा है, जिस पर उपभोक्ताओं की बिजली संबंधी शिकायतों के साथ ही स्मार्ट मीटर से जुड़ी जानकारियां भी दी जा रही हैं।

उपभोक्ता स्वयं सेवा मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन से अपनी शिकायत को ट्रैक कर जानकारी भी ले सकते हैं। कॉल सेंटर से रोजाना 500 से अधिक समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा रहा है। शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान न होने पर उपभोक्ता यूपीसीएल के स्थानीय शिकायत केंद्रों पर जाकर भी अपनी दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
