देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक देहरादून एवं सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ दुपहिया वाहन से किये गए निरीक्षण के उपरान्त समीक्षा बैठक की। शहर में ड्रेनेज सिस्टम ठीक करने यातायात सुगमता तथा शहर में मूलभूत सुविधाओं के विस्तार के दृष्टिगत समीक्षा बैठक करते हुए अधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने विगत सोमवार को निरीक्षण के दौरान जनसुविधाओं के विस्तार के दृष्टिगत निरीक्षण करते हुए विभागों से विभिन्न सुधारीकरण बिन्दुओं पर प्रस्ताव मांगे थे, जिसके क्रम में आज समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

जिलाधिकारी ने आईएसबीटी पर सड़क चौड़ीकरण एवं ड्रेनेज सिस्टम सुधारीकरण के लिए एक सप्ताह के भीतर भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के निर्देश एनएच के अधिकारियों को दिए।

उन्होंने आईएसबीटी पर कारगी ओर सिंगल लेन के सड़क चौड़ीकरण तथा डेªनेज प्लान में लेटलतीफी पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कड़ी चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि जनमानस से जुड़े विषयों व दुर्घटनाओं को हल्के में न ले एक सप्ताह के भीतर मानकों के अनुसार प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने को निर्देशित किया।

जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देशित किया कि दीर्घकालिन उपाय होने तक एनएच के साथ-साथ जहां-जहां पर भी बरसाती पानी इकठ्ठा होता है, वहां पर किसी भी संस्थान की जमीन हो, उसे डीएम एक्ट के अन्तर्गत खोद कर कच्चा डेªनेज बनाने का विस्तृत प्रस्ताव 15 दिन अन्तर्गत बनवाने के निर्देश दिए। निर्देशों का परिपालन न होने पर कड़े एक्शन की प्रबल चेतावनी दी।

जिलाधिकारी ने जनहित से जुड़े विषयों पर डूलमूल रवैया अपनाने वाले विभागों को डीएम एक्ट में कार्यवाही की चेतावनी देते हुए नगर मजिस्टेªट को निर्देशित किया कि जो विभाग इस प्रकार की कार्यप्रणाली अपना रहे हैं उनकें कार्यों ब्योरा प्रस्तुत करेंगे।

शहर में पिंक बूथ तथा पिंक शौचालय बनेंगे इसके लिए जिलाधिकारी गंभीर है इसक नियमित समीक्षा कर रहे हैं। महिला सुविधा के दृष्टिगत शहर में 05 स्थानों पर पिंक शौचालय स्थापित करने तथा नई यातायात लाईट लगाने, पुरानी यातायात लाईट की मरम्मत किये जाने के लिए पुलिस विभाग से यथाशीघ्र प्रस्ताव मांगे, वहीं नये चौराहों के निर्माण एवं डेªनेज के लिए लोनिवि, एनएच, सिचंाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को अपने-2 क्षेत्रान्तर्गत प्रस्ताव एक सप्ताह के भीतर प्रस्तुत करने को निर्दशित किया। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि शहर में मूलभूत सुविधाओं के सुधार हेतु निंरतर कार्य करें अधिकारी धन की कमी नही होने दी जाएगी।

जिलाधिकारी ने शहर हाल दिनों में शहर का निरीक्षण कर शहर में मूलभूत सुविधाओं यथा डेªनेज सिस्टम, सड़क चौड़ीकरण, चौराहों के निर्माण, चौराहों पर नई यातायात लाईट, यातायात व्यवस्था, महिला सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत पिंक बूथ आदि अन्य सुधारीकरण हेतु निरीक्षण किया गया था, जिसके क्रम में जिलाधिकारी रेखीय विभागों के अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्य करने के कड़े निर्देश दिए।
