देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कांवड़ यात्रा के सफल संचालन के लिये उत्तराखंड कांवड़ सेवा एप बनाए जाने के निर्देश दिए है इसमें कांवड़ियों की सभी डिटेल उपलब्ध कराई जाए। इस एप का उपयोग हर वर्ष आयोजित होने वाले कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान किया जा सकेगा, इस से कांवड़ यात्रा पहले से अधिक सुगम और सुरक्षित हो सकेगी।

गुरूवार को मेला नियन्त्रण भवन हरिद्वार में उच्चाधिकारीयों के साथ कांवड मेला-2025 की तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कांवड़ यात्रा के सकुशल एवं सफलता पूर्वक सम्पन्न कराने हेतु जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस एवं अन्य सम्बन्धित विभागों को चाक चौबंद व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा ऐसे राज्य जहां से अधिकांश कावड़िए आते हैं। उन राज्यों से परस्पर समन्वय, रियल टाइम डाटा शेयरिंग और सुरक्षात्मक दृष्टि से सभी आवश्यक इनपुट्स साझा किए जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कांवड़ यात्रा को आगामी कुंभ मेले का ट्रायल बताते हुए कहा कि ये अनुभव आगामी कुंभ मेले भी काम आएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारी को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि कावड़ यात्रा मार्गाे पर किसी भी तरह का अतिक्रमण न हो। उन्होंने कावड़ यात्रा से पहले सभी प्रकार के अतिक्रमणों को हटाने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने यात्रा मार्ग पर स्थित ढाबों और होटलों में सुरक्षा ,मानकों का अनुपालन कराने के साथ ही फूड लाइसेंस और रेट लिस्ट अनिवार्य रूप से चस्पा किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि यात्रा मार्ग पर स्थित होटलों के नाम व होटल स्वामियों के नाम भी अनिवार्य रूप से लिखे हो एवं ओवर रेटिंग की शिकायत आने पर संबंधित होटल स्वामियों पर शक्ति से करवाई की जाए। उन्होंने कहा शराब तथा मीट से संबंधित एसओपी का भी इस दौरान सख्ती से पालन हो।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा इस वर्ष हमने क्लीन और ग्रीन कांवड़ यात्रा का संदेश देना है। उन्होंने कहा स्वच्छता हमारी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। जिसके लिए संपूर्ण कावड़ मार्गाे पर हर घंटे सफाई अभियान चलता रहे। हरिद्वार, रुड़की, ऋषिकेश और आस पास के क्षेत्रों में हर 1-2 किलोमीटर पर मोबाइल टॉयलेट, कूड़ा निस्तारण के लिए विशेष गाड़ियों की तैनाती की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कांवड़ रूट पर हर 2 से 3 किलोमीटर के अंदर स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, एम्बुलेंस और मेडिकल स्टाफ की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए साथ ही हेल्पलाइन नंबर भी जारी किए जाएं, जिससे आम जन को सहूलियत हो।

जिला अधिकारी हरिद्वार मयूर दीक्षित ने बताया कि इस वर्ष कावड़ मेला 11 से 23 जुलाई तक आयोजित होगा। इस वर्ष मेले को कुल 16 सुपर जोन, 37 जोन और 134 सेक्टर में बांटा गया है। यात्रा पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के साथ ही स्थानीय लोगों की सहूलियत अनुसार यातायात व्यवस्था की गई हैं। उन्होंने बताया चार धाम जाने वाले श्रद्धालु, स्थानीय लोगों एवं कावड़ यात्रियों के लिए अलग-अलग यातायात व्यवस्थाएं भी लागू की गई है।
