मुख्यमंत्री आवास के मुख्य सेवक सदन में अमर उजाला की ओर से आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड उदय सम्मान समारोह-2024 में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में प्रतिभाग किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में बेहतर कार्य करने वाले उत्तराखण्ड के 26 लोगों को उत्तराखंडी उदय सम्मान-2024 से सम्मानित किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सम्मानित होने वाले लोगों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि सभी लोग उद्यमशीलता से अपनी प्रगति के साथ-साथ उत्तराखण्ड की प्रगति में भी मिलजुल कर योगदान करते रहें।

उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में उद्यमशीलता का बेहतर माहौल है। पंतनगर, सितारगंज, हरिद्वार, सेलाकुई जैसे हमारे पास बड़े इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार ने इन्वेस्टर समिट के माध्यम से बड़े पैमाने पर निवेश को आकर्षित किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह हमारे लिए सौभाग्य की बात है कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने देश के अंदर जो 12 औद्योगिक स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने की घोषणा की है। उनमें से एक औद्योगिक स्मार्ट सिटी उत्तराखण्ड को मिली है। इससे उत्तराखण्ड औद्योगिक दृष्टि से भी एक बेहतर गंतव्य बनकर उभरेगा। यहां पर उद्यमशीलता का माहौल इस कारण से भी बेहतर है क्योंकि हमने कानून व्यवस्था से जुड़े बहुत बड़े-बड़े निर्णय लिए हैं तथा सरलीकरण, समाधान और संतुष्टि की प्रेरणा से काम कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह हमारे पास एक सुअवसर है, जब हम 25 वें वर्ष में प्रवेश करने जा रहे हैं तथा हम देश-भर में उन राज्यों में शुमार हैं जो प्रत्येक सेक्टर में तेजी से विकास कर रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मीडिया लोकतंत्र का चौथा स्तंभ है और अमर उजाला इस भूमिका को लगातर बखूबी निभा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संस्थान ने आज बहुत ही शानदार कार्य किया है, जब उत्तराखण्ड के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सबसे बेहतर कार्य करने वाले लोगों को एक जगह एकत्रित किया है। उन्होंने संस्थान से अंतिम छोर पर बैठे लोगों तक सरकार की आवाज, उसके निर्णय और योजनाओं को इसी तरह से पहुंचाते रहने का भी आग्रह किया ताकि अधिक- से-अधिक जनमानस लाभान्वित हो सके।

कार्यक्रम में आयोजक संस्थान अमर उजाला के संपादक देहरादून अनूप वाजपेई और यूनिट हैड पंकज शर्मा ने कार्यक्रम का क्रमशः शुभारंभ और समापन संबोधन किया। इस दौरान सम्मान समारोह में महानिदेशक सूचना बंशीधर तिवारी, अमर उजाला से राकेश खंडूरी सहित अमर उजाला के विभिन्न कार्मिक कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित थे।
