मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” कार्यक्रम प्रदेश में संवेदनशील, जवाबदेह और परिणामोन्मुखी शासन का सशक्त उदाहरण बनकर उभरा है। आज 17 जनवरी 2026 तक प्राप्त आंकड़े इस बात को स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाते हैं कि सरकार न केवल जनता की समस्याएं सुन रही है, बल्कि उनका समयबद्ध समाधान भी सुनिश्चित कर रही है।
प्रदेश के सभी 13 जनपदों में इस अभियान के अंतर्गत अब तक कुल 383 शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया है। इनमें आज के दिन 18 शिविर आयोजित हुए, जबकि अब तक 381 शिविरों के माध्यम से आम नागरिकों को सीधे लाभ पहुंचाया गया। इन शिविरों में अब तक 3,07,705 नागरिकों ने प्रतिभाग किया, जिनमें आज 19,875 लोग शामिल रहे। यह व्यापक जन सहभागिता मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी की जन केंद्रित शासन प्रणाली में जनता के विश्वास को दर्शाती है।
इन शिविरों के माध्यम से सरकार को अब तक 31,288 शिकायत प्रार्थना पत्र प्राप्त हुए। इनमें से 21,047 शिकायतों का सफलतापूर्वक निस्तारण किया जा चुका है, जबकि आज के दिन 1,556 शिकायतों का समाधान किया गया। यह उपलब्धि प्रशासनिक सक्रियता, विभागीय समन्वय और निर्णय लेने की गति का प्रत्यक्ष प्रमाण है।
“जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत विभिन्न प्रकार के 42,116 प्रमाण पत्र नागरिकों को जारी किए गए। इनमें आज 2,417 प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत किए गए। जाति, निवास, आय सहित अन्य आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्रों की घर-घर उपलब्धता ने आम जनता को सरकारी कार्यालयों के अनावश्यक चक्कर से राहत दी है और शासन को वास्तव में जनता के द्वार तक पहुंचाया है।
राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से अब तक 1,67,940 से अधिक नागरिकों को लाभान्वित किया गया है, जिनमें आज 9,701 लाभार्थी शामिल हैं। सामाजिक सुरक्षा, पेंशन, स्वास्थ्य, स्वरोजगार, शिक्षा एवं अन्य योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र लोगों तक सीधे पहुंचना मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की डोर-स्टेप डिलीवरी की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
जनपदवार आंकड़ों से स्पष्ट है कि अल्मोड़ा, हरिद्वार, देहरादून, ऊधम सिंह नगर, नैनीताल, टिहरी, पौड़ी, पिथौरागढ़, चंपावत, रुद्रप्रयाग, बागेश्वर और उत्तरकाशी सहित सभी जिलों में यह अभियान प्रभावी रूप से संचालित हुआ। विशेष रूप से हरिद्वार, ऊधम सिंह नगर, देहरादून और अल्मोड़ा जैसे जनपदों में बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों ने शिविरों में सहभागिता कर अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान प्राप्त किया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में यह कार्यक्रम केवल शिकायत निस्तारण तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि यह सरकार और जनता के बीच भरोसे, पारदर्शिता और संवाद का मजबूत सेतु बन गया है। यह अभियान इस बात का प्रतीक है कि राज्य सरकार आम नागरिक की समस्या को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता मानते हुए त्वरित, प्रभावी और निष्पक्ष समाधान के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
