टिहरी झील को ग्लोबल डेस्टिनेशन बनाने की तैयारी, मास्टर प्लान के निर्देश…

देहरादून। आनन्द बर्द्धन ने टिहरी झील को ग्लोबल डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए ठोस और प्रभावी कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने सचिव पर्यटन को उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद के माध्यम से टिहरी झील और आसपास के क्षेत्रों के पर्यटन विकास तथा अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के विस्तार से पहले विस्तृत मास्टर प्लान बनाने को कहा।

सोमवार को सचिवालय में टिहरी लेक प्रोजेक्ट के अंतर्गत सतत, समावेशी और जलवायु अनुकूल पर्यटन विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि टिहरी झील को वैश्विक पहचान दिलाने के उद्देश्य से भारत सरकार को भेजे जाने वाले प्रस्तावों में सभी जरूरी बिंदु शामिल किए जाएं। उन्होंने मास्टर प्लान तैयार करने के लिए अनुभवी कंसल्टेंट की नियुक्ति कर उसी आधार पर विभागीय कार्ययोजना बनाने को भी कहा।

मुख्य सचिव ने टिहरी झील के चारों ओर प्रस्तावित रिंग रोड के निर्माण में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही सी प्लेन योजना के मद्देनजर रिंग रोड पर कम से कम दो हेलीपैड विकसित करने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। इसके लिए वित्त, पर्यटन और नागरिक उड्डयन से जुड़े विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

उन्होंने कहा कि विश्व स्तरीय आधारभूत सुविधाओं के बिना टिहरी झील को ग्लोबल डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में स्थापित नहीं किया जा सकता। लोक निर्माण विभाग को रिंग रोड के कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इससे अन्य परियोजनाओं को भी गति मिलेगी।

इसके अलावा ऋषिकेश, मुनि की रेती और लोहाघाट-चम्पावत क्षेत्र के पर्यटन विकास से जुड़े प्रस्ताव भी शीघ्र तैयार कर मास्टर प्लान के साथ तय समय में भारत सरकार को भेजने को कहा गया।

बैठक में दिलीप जावलकर, श्रीधर बाबू अदांकी, अभिषेक रोहेला, गिरधारी सिंह रावत सहित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
