देहरादून, 16 फरवरी । कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित जनता दर्शन/जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम में प्रशासन की तत्परता का असर साफ दिखा। कुल 163 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें भूमि विवाद, अतिक्रमण, भरण-पोषण, बैंक ऋण, आर्थिक सहायता और सेवा संबंधी मामले प्रमुख रहे। जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि प्रत्येक शिकायत का समयबद्ध निस्तारण कर शिकायतकर्ताओं को कार्रवाई से अवगत कराया जाए।

इंद्रानगर निवासी विधवा सुनीता ने आर्थिक तंगी और बच्चों के पालन-पोषण में कठिनाई बताते हुए सहायता की गुहार लगाई। जिलाधिकारी ने प्रभारी अधिकारी शस्त्र को रायफल क्लब फंड से मदद देने तथा समाज कल्याण विभाग को विधवा पेंशन स्वीकृत करने के निर्देश मौके पर ही दे दिए।

दौड़वाला की 81 वर्षीय कांता देवी ने संपत्ति हड़पने और बैंक खाते से धनराशि निकाल लेने की शिकायत की। जिलाधिकारी ने उप जिलाधिकारी न्याय को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।

कारगी चौक क्षेत्र में सीवर लाइन से जुड़े मामले, विद्युत पोल शिफ्टिंग में देरी, सड़क निर्माण की गुणवत्ता, मजदूरी भुगतान, अवैध अतिक्रमण और निजी फाइनेंस कंपनियों द्वारा बिना अभिलेखीय प्रक्रिया के ऋण देने जैसे मामलों पर भी संबंधित अधिकारियों को जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

पुलिस पब्लिक स्कूल की एक शिक्षिका ने प्रधानाध्यापक द्वारा प्रताड़ना की शिकायत की। जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को तीन दिन के भीतर जांच कर एक्शन टेकन रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।
