मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने अपर मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख सचिवों एवं सभी विभागीय सचिवों को उनके विभागों में प्रस्तावित व गतिमान योजनाओं/कार्यकम आदि का जमीनी स्तर पर भली-भांति परीक्षण/आंकलन व तुलना करने के बाद ही मा० मंत्रिमण्डल की बैठक में विचारार्थ प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश जारी किये हैं।

मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सभी विभागो को अपनी वर्तमान योजनाओं का आंकलन कर एक समान योजनाओं ¼similar schemes½ को merge करने के प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
