ऑपरेशन कालनेमि के तहत देवभूमि की अस्मिता से खिलवाड़ करने वालों पर सख़्त कार्रवाई

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड सरकार देवभूमि की सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक और सामाजिक अस्मिता की रक्षा के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री का स्पष्ट दृष्टिकोण है कि उत्तराखंड केवल एक भौगोलिक राज्य नहीं, बल्कि करोड़ों लोगों की आस्था, परंपरा और विश्वास का केंद्र है, और इसकी गरिमा से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा।

इसी नीति के तहत राज्य सरकार द्वारा धर्म और आस्था की आड़ में पाखंड, ठगी, अवैध गतिविधियों और संदिग्ध तत्वों के विरुद्ध “ऑपरेशन कालनेमि” को 10 जुलाई से प्रदेशभर में प्रभावी रूप से लागू किया गया। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य देवभूमि की पवित्रता को बनाए रखते हुए कानून-व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करना और जनता के विश्वास की रक्षा करना है।

ऑपरेशन कालनेमि के अंतर्गत हरिद्वार, देहरादून एवं ऊधमसिंहनगर जैसे संवेदनशील जनपदों में व्यापक स्तर पर सत्यापन एवं प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई की गई।

हरिद्वार जनपद में 3,091 व्यक्तियों का सत्यापन किया गया, जिनमें से 715 मामलों में अभियोग पंजीकृत किए गए तथा 305 व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

देहरादून जनपद में 1,711 व्यक्तियों का सत्यापन करते हुए 206 गिरफ्तारियाँ की गईं, 09 अभियोग पंजीकृत किए गए तथा 380 व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध निरोधात्मक कार्रवाई की गई। इसके साथ ही अवैध रूप से रह रहे विदेशी नागरिकों के विरुद्ध भी सख़्त कार्रवाई की गई।

ऊधमसिंहनगर जनपद में 220 संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध प्रभावी कार्रवाई करते हुए गंभीर मामलों में अभियोग दर्ज किए गए।

प्रदेश स्तर पर अब तक कुल 4,802 से अधिक व्यक्तियों का सत्यापन, 724 अभियोग पंजीकरण तथा 511 गिरफ्तारियाँ की गई हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त अवैध रूप से रह रहे 19 बांग्लादेशी नागरिकों को गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिनमें से 10 को डिपोर्ट किया जा चुका है, जबकि शेष मामलों में विधिक प्रक्रिया प्रचलित है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह अभियान किसी वर्ग या समुदाय के विरुद्ध नहीं, बल्कि कानून, व्यवस्था और देवभूमि की गरिमा की रक्षा के लिए है। आस्था का सम्मान किया जाएगा, लेकिन आस्था की आड़ में अपराध, पाखंड और धोखाधड़ी को किसी भी परिस्थिति में संरक्षण नहीं मिलेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों पर निरंतर निगरानी रखी जाए तथा किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त न की जाए। देवभूमि की अस्मिता से खिलवाड़ करने वालों के विरुद्ध कठोरतम कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
