“जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत मंगलवार को न्याय पंचायत श्यामपुर की ग्राम पंचायत खदरीखड़कमाफ में उप जिलाधिकारी योगेश मेहरा की अध्यक्षता में बहुउद्देशीय शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में कुल 60 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से 17 शिकायतों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया गया।
इस अवसर पर ऋषिकेश विधायक प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल, दर्जाधारी राज्यमंत्री मधु भट्ट, दर्जाधारी मंत्री सुरेंद्र मोगा एवं उप जिलाधिकारी ने विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टालों का निरीक्षण किया। महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा तीन महिलाओं को मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी किट तथा 10 लाभार्थियों को बेबी किट वितरित की गई। साथ ही, विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा ग्रामीणों को जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
उप जिलाधिकारी योगेश मेहरा ने कहा कि जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करना प्रशासन की सर्वाेच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए कि प्राप्त शिकायतों का समयबद्ध एवं प्रभावी निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
शिविर में न्याय पंचायत श्यामपुर सहित ऋषिकेश, गढ़ी मेहचक, गुमानीवाला, विस्थापित, रायवाला एवं भटोवाला क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों ने भूमि, सड़क, पेयजल, समाज कल्याण एवं विद्युत से संबंधित समस्याएँ प्रस्तुत कीं। इनमें ग्राम्य विकास विभाग की 2, राजस्व विभाग की 15, विद्युत विभाग की 6, बैंकिंग विभाग की 1, लोक निर्माण विभाग की 1, पेयजल विभाग की 2, सिंचाई विभाग की 7, कृषि विभाग की 1, शिक्षा विभाग की 2, समाज कल्याण विभाग की 1, परिवहन विभाग की 3, वन विभाग की 6, बाल विकास विभाग की 1, पंचायती राज विभाग की 2, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की 2, जिला पंचायत की 2, पशुपालन विभाग की 2, गृह विभाग की 2, श्रम विभाग की 1 तथा पर्यावरण विभाग की 1 शिकायत शामिल थीं।
बहुउद्देशीय शिविर में कुल 1292 लोगों को विभिन्न योजनाओं के अंतर्गत लाभान्वित किया गया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा 170, होम्योपैथिक विभाग द्वारा 82 तथा आयुर्वेद विभाग द्वारा 26 लोगों की स्वास्थ्य जाँच कर निःशुल्क दवाइयाँ वितरित की गईं। पशुपालन विभाग ने 259 कृषकों को पशु औषधियां उपलब्ध कराईं।
राजस्व विभाग द्वारा आय, हैसियत, चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र एवं प्रधानमंत्री किसान योजना से संबंधित कुल 36 प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए गए। कृषि विभाग द्वारा 45 तथा उद्यान विभाग द्वारा 18 किसानों को कृषि यंत्र, बीज एवं पीएम किसान निधि का लाभ प्रदान किया गया। समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा 60 पात्र लाभार्थियों को वृद्धावस्था, विधवा एवं दिव्यांग पेंशन स्वीकृत की गई। जिला पूर्ति विभाग द्वारा 11 राशन कार्ड धारकों की केवाईसी कराई गई। इसके अतिरिक्त एनआरएलएम के अंतर्गत 107, डेयरी विभाग के 45, सहकारिता विभाग के 50, विद्युत विभाग के 43 तथा रीप परियोजना के अंतर्गत 93 लाभार्थियों को लाभान्वित किया गया।
