उत्तराखण्ङ में पीएमश्री योजना की तर्ज पर बनेगी स्कूलों के लिए योजनाः मुख्य सचिव

देहरादून: मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में पीएमश्री और लखपति दीदी योजना की समीक्षा की। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ङ में भी पीएमश्री योजना की तर्ज पर स्कूलों के आधुनिकीकरण के लिए योजना संचालित की जाए।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि पीएमश्री योजना के तहत् स्कूलों को 5 वर्षों तक 40 – 40 लाख की धनराशि (कुल 2 करोड़ रुपए) उपलब्ध कराई जाती है, जिससे स्कूलों में स्मार्ट क्लास, विज्ञान प्रयोगशालाएं, पुस्तकालय एवं खेल सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करायी जाती हैं।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि पीएमश्री योजना की तर्ज पर प्रदेश में भी योजना संचालित की जाए जिससे स्कूलों में बच्चों के पठन पाठन के लिए आधुनिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करायी जा सकें। इससे प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों में स्मार्ट क्लास, विज्ञान प्रयोगशालाएं एवं पुस्तकालय आदि से संतृप्त किए जाने में तेजी आएगी। उन्होंने क्लस्टर विद्यालयों से इसकी शुरूआत किए जाने की बात कही।

मुख्य सचिव ने लखपति दीदी योजना की भी समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि लखपति दीदी योजना के और अधिक कारगर बनाए जाने एवं स्वयं सहायता समूहों के उत्पादों में तकनीक के अधिकतम उपयोग से गुणवत्ता सुधार के लिए लगातार क्षमता विकास कार्यक्रम संचालित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। लखपति दीदी योजना की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग की जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि लखपति दीदी योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य स्तरीय संचालन समिति और राज्य स्तरीय निगरानी समिति का गठन शीघ्र कर इनकी निरन्तर बैठकें आयोजित की जाएं। उन्होंने स्वयं सहायता समूहों के उत्पादों को बाजार उपलब्ध कराने, ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफार्म, रिटेल चेन आदि पर अधिक से अधिक फोकस किया जाए। उन्होंने उत्पादों को हाऊस ऑॅफ हिमालयाज में भी शामिल किए जाने की बात कही।
