मुख्य बाज़ारो में अपनी दुकानों के बाहर रिंग, ठेली आदि लगवाने वाले दुकानदारों को पुलिस द्वारा किया जा रहा चिन्हित

मुख्य बाजार/ फुटपाथों पर बेतरतीब रूप से वाहन खड़ा कर लोगो का आवागमन बाधित करने वालो के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही हेतु किया निर्देशित

भ्रमण के दौरान पलटन बाजार में स्थापित पिंक पुलिस बूथ का किया निरीक्षण, महिला सुरक्षा के संबंध में पिंक पुलिस बूथ में नियुक्त पुलिस कर्मियों को दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

पुलिस द्वारा पलटन बाजार व उसके आसपास के क्षेत्र में पूर्व में अभियान चलाकर अस्थाई अतिक्रमण के विरुद्ध प्रभावी कार्रवाई करते हुए मुख्य बाजारों और फुटपाथों में लगी रेहड़ी/ठेली/रिंग आदि को हटवाया गया था, परंतु वर्तमान में त्यौहारी सीजन के दौरान मुख्य बाज़ारो में कुछ दुकानदारों द्वारा पुनः फुटपाथों पर अस्थाई अतिक्रमण कर रेहड़ी, ठेली, रिंग आदि लगवाए जाने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई थी, जिस पर आज दिनांक 14/10/2024 को एसएसपी देहरादून द्वारा घंटा घर, पलटन बाजार व आसपास का क्षेत्र का पैदल भ्रमण कर औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान एसएसपी देहरादून द्वारा उपस्थित अधिकारियों को मुख्य बाजार व फुटपाथों पर किसी प्रकार का अस्थाई अतिक्रमण न होने देने तथा अस्थाई अतिक्रमण करने का प्रयास करने वालों का विरुद्ध प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए गए, इस दौरान मुख्य बाजारों व फुटपाथों पर अवैध रूप से रेहड़ी/ ठेली लगाने वालों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस द्वारा उन्हें थाने लाया गया तथा उनके विरुद्ध पुलिस एक्ट के तहत चालानी कार्रवाई की गई। इस दौरान पुलिस द्वारा डिस्पेंसरी रोड, तहसील चौक आदि क्षेत्रों पर किये गए अस्थाई अतिक्रमण को खाली कराया गया। पुलिस द्वारा ऐसे सभी दुकानदारों को, जिनके द्वारा अपनी दुकानों के बाहर अथवा फुटपाथों में रेहड़ी, ठेली आदि लगवाई जा रही है, उन्हें चिन्हित किया जा रहा है। साथ ही बाज़ारो व मुख्य मार्गो पर बेतरतीब रूप से वाहनों को खड़ा कर लोगों का आवागमन बाधित करने वाले व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध भी चालानी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

पैदल भ्रमण के दौरान एसएसपी देहरादून द्वारा महिलाओं की सुरक्षा हेतु पलटन बाजार में स्थापित किए गए पिंक पुलिस बूथ का निरीक्षण किया गया तथा पिंक पुलिस बूथ में नियुक्त पुलिस कर्मियों को महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
