देशभर में कोविड-19 के मामलों में हालिया वृद्धि को देखते हुए उत्तराखंड सरकार सतर्क हो गई है। राज्य के सचिव चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा, डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने विभागीय उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ कोविड-19 प्रबंधन को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में उन्होंने अधिकारियों को किसी भी संभावित आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए पूरी तैयारी रखने और किसी भी स्तर पर कोताही न बरतने के निर्देश दिए। डॉ. कुमार ने कहा कि कोविड-19 प्रबंधन की सभी व्यवस्थाएं पूरी तरह से सक्रिय और दुरुस्त रहनी चाहिए। बैठक में महानिदेशक चिकित्सा डॉ सुनीता टम्टा, निदेशक चिकित्सा शिक्षा डॉ आशुतोष सयाना, असिस्टेंट डारेक्टर डॉ पंकज सिंह, सीएमओ देहरादून डॉ मनोज शर्मा, सीएमएस दून मेडिकल कॉलेज डॉ आरएस बिष्ट, सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

चिकित्सालयों और मेडिकल कॉलेजों में पूर्ण व्यवस्थाओं के निर्देश
राज्य के सभी सरकारी और निजी चिकित्सालयों व मेडिकल कॉलेजों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे कोविड मरीजों के उपचार के लिए आइसोलेशन बेड, ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर, ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर, बाइपैप मशीन, वेंटिलेटर, ICU बेड, ऑक्सीजन जनरेशन प्लांट और आवश्यक दवाइयों की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करें।
सर्विलांस और जांच व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश
सभी जिलों को कोविड-19 के संभावित मामलों की निगरानी को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। साथ ही सभी जांच केंद्रों में रैपिड टेस्ट किट और आरटी-पीसीआर किट की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा गया है।
ILI (इन्फ्लुएंजा जैसे लक्षण), SARI (गंभीर तीव्र श्वसन संक्रमण) और कोविड मामलों की अनिवार्य रिपोर्टिंग की जाएगी और इस पर निरंतर निगरानी रखी जाएगी। सभी सरकारी और निजी अस्पतालों एवं लैब को यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है कि वे प्रतिदिन इन मामलों की रिपोर्ट इंटीग्रेटेड हेल्थ इन्फॉर्मेशन पोर्टल (IHIP) पर साझा करें।
रैपिड रिस्पांस टीम पूरी तरह तैयार रहे
IDSP कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत गठित रैपिड रिस्पांस टीमों को किसी भी असामान्य परिस्थिति के लिए प्रशिक्षित और तैयार रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। कोविड लक्षणों वाले सभी रोगियों की जांच अनिवार्य रूप से की जाएगी और कोविड पॉजिटिव नमूनों को Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) के लिए संबंधित प्रयोगशालाओं में भेजा जाएगा।
जनजागरूकता और प्रशिक्षित स्वास्थ्यकर्मी
सभी स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को कोविड-19 प्रबंधन और प्रतिक्रिया के लिए पुनः प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा। साथ ही, जनता को सतर्क करने के लिए व्यापक जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाएगा, जिसमें कोविड-19 से बचाव के लिए अपनाए जाने वाले व्यवहार (Do’s & Don’ts) के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी। राज्य सरकार कोविड-19 से बचाव के लिए पूरी तरह सतर्क और तैयार है, और जनता से अपील करती है कि वह जिम्मेदारी से उचित व्यवहार अपनाएं तथा अफवाहों से बचें।
कोविड-19 से बचाव हेतु क्या करें और क्या न करें :-
क्या करें:
1. छींकते/खांसते समय नाक और मुंह को रूमाल या टिश्यू से ढकें।
2. भीड़-भाड़ वाले स्थानों से बचें।
3. हाथों को साबुन-पानी से बार-बार धोएं।
4. पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी व पौष्टिक आहार लें।
5. लक्षण होने पर चिकित्सकीय परामर्श लें और उसी अनुसार दवा लें।
6. संक्रमित होने की आशंका पर दूसरों से दूरी बनाए रखें।
7. बच्चों, बुजुर्गों और गंभीर रोगियों का विशेष ध्यान रखें।
