आज सोमवार को जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल नितिका खण्डेलवाल ने जिला सभागार नई टिहरी में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशन में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण की बैठक ली। उन्होंने जनपद क्षेत्रान्तर्गत सभी एसडीएम को निर्वाचन आयोग की गाइडलाइन के अनुसार विशेष गहन संशोधन एवं पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने हेतु व्यक्तिगत समय देकर कार्य करने को कहा गया।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण हेतु 2003 एवं 2025 की नामावली का मिलान कर चार श्रेणी में कार्य किया जाना है। बीएलओ द्वारा वर्ष 2025 की अंतिम प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची से मतदाताओं को श्रेणी ए, बी, सी और डी में चिन्ह्ति करना है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जहां बूथों की संख्या बढ़ी है, वहां ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। सभी एसडीएम को बीएलओ के कार्यों को सुपरवाइज करने को कहा गया।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जिनका जन्म 01 जुलाई 1987 या इससे पूर्व हुआ है, उनसे सत्यापन हेतु स्वयं का एक अभिलेख लेकर ‘ए‘ श्रेणी में चिन्ह्ति करना है। इसी प्रकार 2025 की निर्वाचक नामावली में जिन मतदाताओं की आयु 38 वर्ष या इससे अधिक है, किन्तु 2003 की नामावली में उनका नाम दर्ज नहीं है, उनसे सत्यापन हेतु स्वयं का एक अभिलेख लेकर ‘बी‘ श्रेणी में, जिनका जन्म 02 जुलाई 1987 से 02 दिसम्बर 2004 के बीच हुआ है, उनसे सत्यापन हेतु दो अभिलेख (एक अभिलेख स्वयं का एवं एक अभिलेख माता या पिता का) लेकर ‘सी‘ श्रेणी में तथा जिनका जन्म 03 दिसम्बर 2004 से 01 जनवरी, 2025 के बीच हुआ है, उनसे तीन अभिलेख (एक अभिलेख स्वयं का तथा एक-एक अभिलेख माता, पिता का) लेकर ‘डी‘ श्रेणी में चिन्ह्ति किया जायेगा।
