देहरादून। शुक्रवार सुबह देहरादून के जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल का एक अलग ही अंदाज देखने को मिला। डीएम खुद खेतों में उतर आए और किसानों के साथ दरांती चलाकर धान की फसल काटी। मौका था तहसील देहरादून के ग्राम आर्केडियाग्रांट में धान फसल कटाई प्रयोग (क्रॉप कटिंग एक्सपेरिमेंट) के निरीक्षण का।
डीएम सविन बंसल ने खेत में पहुंचकर कृषकों से बातचीत की और फसल की स्थिति जानी। इस दौरान उन्होंने स्वयं दरांती उठाकर किसानों संग धान की कटाई भी की। कटाई के दौरान 43.30 वर्ग मीटर के प्लॉट से 17 किलो 500 ग्राम धान की उपज प्राप्त हुई।
जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि यह प्रयोग राजस्व उप निरीक्षक की उपस्थिति में जीसीईएस (GCES) एवं सीसीई एग्री ऐप के माध्यम से किया गया। खेत से ही उपज से संबंधित आंकड़े भारत सरकार के पोर्टल पर अपलोड किए गए। इन आंकड़ों का उपयोग फसलों की औसत उपज निर्धारण और प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के लिए किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों की मेहनत राज्य और देश की रीढ़ है। सरकार किसानों की आय बढ़ाने और फसल सुरक्षा के लिए हर संभव कदम उठा रही है।
