उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक स्ट्रीट लाइट एवं गार्बेज पॉइंट पर क्यूआर कोड चश्मा किया जाए। जिस पर जनमानस स्क्रीन कर अपने शिकायत दर्ज कर सकें। कहां की प्रत्येक स्थलों एवं स्ट्रीट लाइटों का डेटाबेस रखा जाए ताकि शिकायत प्राप्त होते ही उक्त स्थल पर टीम द्वारा तेजी से कार्य कर सकेगे।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आधुनिक दौर पर उक्त तकनीकी के माध्यम से लोगों को अपनी शिकायत को दर्ज करने में काफी सहूलियत मिल सकेगा। कहा कि जल्द ही मा0 मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा इसका शुभारंभ किया जाएगा।
