उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आधुनिक दौर पर उक्त तकनीकी के माध्यम से लोगों को अपनी शिकायत को दर्ज करने में काफी सहूलियत मिल सकेगा। कहा कि जल्द ही मा0 मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा इसका शुभारंभ किया जाएगा।
