रुद्रपुर: राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन उत्तराखण्ड की मिशन निदेशक श्रीमती स्वाति एस भदौरिया द्वारा जनपद उधम सिंह नगर की स्वास्थ्य ईकाइयों का निरीक्षण किया गया। सर्वप्रथम उनके द्वारा जिला चिकित्सालय रूद्रपुर के अन्तर्गत सभी वार्डों, एस.एन.सी.यू., लेबररुम, इमरजेंसी, मैमोग्राफी, रेडियोलॉजी, डी.आई.पी.एच.एल. लैब, नि:शुल्क जॉच योजना, टैली-रेडियोलॉजी तथा ओ.पी.डी. कक्षों का निरीक्षण किया गया।

उन्होंने जिला चिकित्सालय रुद्रपुर का निरीक्षण कर वहां संचालित डायलिसिस सेंटर का निरीक्षण किया जिसमें उन्हें अवगत कराया गया कि प्रत्येक माह लगभग 700 से अधिक डायलिसिस किए जा रहें है। अत्यधिक डायलिसिस होने के कारण मरीजों को परेशानी आ रही है जिस हेतु मिशन निदेशक ने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया की जनपद के अन्य चिकित्सा इकाइयों में भी डायलिसिस सेंटर स्थापित करने हेतु प्रस्ताव मिशन कार्यालय को भेजें।

स्वाति एस भदौरिया, मिशन निदेशक, एनएचएम द्वारा जिला चिकित्सालय की साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था के अन्तर्गत शौचालय का भी निरीक्षण किया गया, इसके उपरान्त उनके द्वारा जिला चिकित्सालय में निर्माण कार्य, क्रिटिकल केयर ब्लाक का निरिक्षण किया तथा आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किये गये इसके पश्चात मिशन निदेशक द्वारा कार्यालय मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत संचालित विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों की भौतिक व वित्तीय समीक्षा की गयी। साथ ही अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि एनएचएम के अंतर्गत रिक्त पदों को आचार सहिंता के पश्चात शीघ्र भरा जाए।

साथ ही मिशन निदेशक द्वारा जनपद में संचालित कार्यक्रम जननी सुरक्षा योजना, आशा डी.बी.टी., फैमली प्लानिंग, एन.सी.डी., क्वालिटी से सम्बन्धित प्रगति रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा की गयी तथा निर्देश दिया गया कि आशाओं से सम्बन्धित समस्त प्रोत्साहन भत्ता एवं लाभार्थीयों को मिलने वाला डी.बी.टी. ससमय भुगतान किया जाये।

मिशन निदेशक द्वारा जनपद उधम सिंह नगर स्थित जिला क्षय केंद्र के निरीक्षण के दौरान राष्ट्रीय क्षय उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम के क्रियान्वयन के बारे में जानकारी ली एवं स्टेट ड्रग स्टोर में टी.बी. के दवाईयों की उपलब्धता का निरीक्षण किया। जिसमें वर्तमान में समस्त दवाईयां उपलब्ध पाई गयी। उन्होंने जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि भविष्य में भी टीबी की दवाईयों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चत करने हेतु ससमय उच्च अधिकारियों को अवगत करा दिया जाए। इसके पश्चात मिशन निदेशक द्वारा आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर चुटकी देवरिया का भी निरीक्षण किया तथा अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गये।
