श्री केदारनाथ धाम में श्रद्धालुओं को मिलेगी फ्री वाईफाई सुविधा

चारधाम यात्रा पर देश-विदेश से पहुंचने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की यात्रा सुखद और सुगम हो इसके लिए राज्य सरकार एवं प्रशासन लगातार नए प्रयास कर रहा है। देश की सबसे कठिन पैदल यात्राओं में से एक श्री केदारनाथ धाम यात्रा ने इस दिशा में नई कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है।

केदारपुरी में दर्शन को पहुंचने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को अब फ्री वाईफाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी। शनिवार को इसका सफल ट्रायल होने के बाद यह सुविधा श्रद्धालुओं को समर्पित कर दी गई है। बाबा के दर्शनों को पहुंचे श्रद्धालुओं ने इसपर खुशी जाहिर करते हुए सरकार और जिला प्रशासन को इसके लिए आभार जताया है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के मार्गदर्शन और जिलाधिकारी डॉ. सौरभ गहरवार की पहल पर आपदा की दृष्टि से अति संवेदनशील रुद्रप्रयाग जनपद ने एक ऐतिहासिक पहल करते हुए अपना स्वयं का मोबाइल नेटवर्क स्थापित किया है। इस नेटवर्क को “डिस्ट्रिक्ट डिजास्टर रिसोर्स नेटवर्क” नाम दिया गया है।

यह नेटवर्क न केवल आपदा या किसी भी विकट परिस्थिति में लगातार संचालित रहेगा, बल्कि इसमें मोबाइल डाटा, वॉयस कॉलिंग और हाई क्वालिटी सीसीटीवी विजुअल्स की भी सुविधा उपलब्ध है।

इसी रिसोर्स नेटवर्क के तहत श्रद्धालुओं को अब फ्री वाईफाई की सुविधा मिलने जा रही है। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी डॉ जीएस खाती ने बताया कि वाईफाई का फायदा उठाने के लिए वाईफाई सेटिंग पर जाकर अपना मोबाईल नंबर पंजीकृत करना होगा जिसके बाद एक ओटीपी मोबाईल नंबर पर आएगा जिसे भरने के बाद आधे घंटे तक हाय स्पीड वाईफाई का लाभ उठाया जा सकता है।

रुद्रप्रयाग देश का पहला जनपद बन गया है, जिसके पास अपना अलग और संपूर्ण मोबाइल नेटवर्क है। जुलाई 2024 में केदारनाथ पैदल मार्ग पर आई आपदा के दौरान जब अन्य मोबाइल नेटवर्क पूरी तरह ठप हो गए थे, तब यही नेटवर्क यात्रियों, मजदूरों और रेस्क्यू टीमों के लिए जीवन रेखा बना। इससे रास्ते में फंसे लोगों ने अपने घरों से संपर्क किया और राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों में भी अत्यंत मदद मिली।
