देहरादून: होली पर आम जनता तक शुद्ध और सुरक्षित खाद्य उत्पाद उपलब्ध कराने के लिए खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन ने प्रदेशभर में मिलावटखोरों के खिलाफ सख्त अभियान छेड़ दिया है। खासतौर पर दूध, मावा, पनीर और खोया जैसे उत्पादों की जांच की जा रही है।

देहरादून, हरिद्वार और ऊधम सिंह नगर जैसे संवेदनशील जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरती जा रही है। देहरादून के आशारोड़ी बॉर्डर पर बाहर से आने वाले दूध और उसके उत्पादों की सख्त जांच की जा रही है।

खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन के आयुक्त डा. आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि इसको लेकर एक विस्तृत SOP जारी कर दी गई है। सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को मिलावटखोरों के ख़िलाफ़ कड़ी कार्रवाई के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया खाद्य सैम्पलों की प्राथमिकता से जांच होगी और दोषी पाए जाने वाले मिलावटखोरों और विक्रेताओं के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके लिए 05 लाख तक जुर्माना और 06 साल तक की कैद हो सकती है।

आयुक्त डा. आर राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन प्रदेश भर में मिलावटखोरी को रोकने के लिए लगातार अभियान चलाता है। यह अभियान मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत के मार्गदर्शन में चल रहा है। इसके तहत अब होली के मद्देनजर विभाग ने व्यापक कार्ययोजना तैयार की है।

सख्त SOP जारी, नहीं बच पाएंगे मिलावटखोर

फूड सेफ्टी विभाग ने सख्त SOP जारी की है। राज्य के सभी जिलाधिकारियों, समस्त प्रभारी/अभिहित अधिकारियों को दिशा निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा SOP में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानक अधिनियम-2006 एवं नियम 2011 के प्राविधानों के अंतर्गत मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थ निर्माताओं/ थोक विक्रेता/आपूर्तिकर्ता/ फुटकर विक्रेताओं के विरूद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही के लिए कहा गया है।

होली के अभियान की अवधि में की गयी प्रवर्तन कार्यावाहियों की समीक्षा की जायेगी। खाद्य कारोबारी जो नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हुये गये एवं जो नियमित रूप से उल्लंघन कर्ता हैं को चिन्हित करते हुये कड़ी कानूनी कार्यवाही की जायेगी। डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा आदेशों का तत्काल कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए प्रत्येक कार्य दिवस की गयी कार्यवाही ई-मेल के माध्यम से कार्यालय खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन उत्तराखण्ड को अवगत कराई जाएगी। इस विस्तृत SOP में हर पहलू का ध्यान रखा गया है।

प्रदेश के जनपदों को तीन श्रेणियों में बांटा
