देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्वर्गीय अंकिता भंडारी के माता–पिता की अनुरोध व उनकी भावनाओं का सम्मान करते हुए अंकिता भंडारी प्रकरण की CBI जांच कराए जाने की संस्तुति प्रदान की है ।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्पष्ट किया कि सरकार का उद्देश्य शुरू से अंत तक निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और संवेदनशील तरीके से न्याय सुनिश्चित करना रहा है और आगे भी रहेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्वर्गीय बहन अंकिता भंडारी के साथ हुई इस अत्यंत दुखद एवं हृदयविदारक घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही राज्य सरकार ने बिना किसी विलंब के पूर्ण संवेदनशीलता और निष्पक्षता के साथ कार्रवाई की। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए तत्काल एक महिला आईपीएस अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में विशेष जांच दल (SIT) का गठन किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि प्रकरण से जुड़े सभी अभियुक्तों को शीघ्र गिरफ्तार किया गया तथा राज्य सरकार की ओर से प्रभावी एवं सशक्त पैरवी सुनिश्चित की गई, जिसका परिणाम यह रहा कि विवेचना और ट्रायल के दौरान किसी भी अभियुक्त को जमानत नहीं मिल सकी। SIT द्वारा गहन विवेचना के पश्चात अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध चार्जशीट दाखिल की गई और निचली अदालत द्वारा सुनवाई पूर्ण होने पर अभियुक्तों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि यह पूरे प्रकरण में इस बात का स्पष्ट प्रमाण है कि राज्य सरकार ने आरंभ से लेकर अंत तक निष्पक्षता, पारदर्शिता और दृढ़ता के साथ न्याय सुनिश्चित किया है। साथ ही, हाल के दिनों में सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित हो रही कुछ ऑडियो क्लिप्स के संबंध में भी अलग–अलग एफआईआर दर्ज की गई हैं, जिन पर जांच की प्रक्रिया निरंतर जारी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने दो टूक कहा कि सरकार की मंशा पूरी तरह स्पष्ट है और किसी भी तथ्य या साक्ष्य की अनदेखी नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने भावुक होते हुए कहा कि अंकिता केवल एक पीड़िता नहीं थी, बल्कि वह हमारी भी बहन और बेटी थी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने जानकारी दी कि हाल ही में उन्होंने स्वयं स्वर्गीय अंकिता भंडारी के माता–पिता से मुलाकात की, जिसमें बातचीत के दौरान उन्होंने मामले की CBI जांच कराए जाने का अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्वर्गीय अंकिता के माता–पिता के इस अनुरोध और उनकी भावनाओं का पूर्ण सम्मान करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने इस प्रकरण की CBI से जांच कराने का निर्णय लिया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पुनः दोहराया कि राज्य सरकार पहले भी न्याय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध रही है और आगे भी पूरी दृढ़ता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ स्वर्गीय बहन अंकिता भंडारी को न्याय दिलाने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध रहेगी।
