मुख्यमंत्री ने किया तीन दिवसीय पुगराऊँ महोत्सव का वर्चुअली शुभारंभ

देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को सचिवालय से पुंगराऊँघाटी महोत्सव समिति पाँखु, पिथौरागढ़ द्वारा आयोजित आदिशक्ति मां कोकिला कोटगाडी भगवती के पावन आशीर्वाद से पहले तीन दिवसीय पुगराऊँ महोत्सव का वर्चुअली शुभारंभ किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह आयोजन हमारी समृद्ध लोकसंस्कृति, खेल-कूद, शैक्षिक विकास और स्थानीय प्रतिभाओं को आगे बढ़ाने का एक सशक्त माध्यम है। इस ऐतिहासिक पहल से हमारी सांस्कृतिक जडों को और मजबूती मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे आयोजन न केवल मनोरंजन का माध्यम होते हैं बल्कि ये हमारी परंपराओं को जीवत रखते हैं, तथा युवाओं को अपनी जड़ों से जोड़ते हैं, साथ इससे स्थानीय कला व संस्कृति को नई पहचान भी मिलती है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शासकीय व्यस्तताओं के कारण वे स्वयं इस अवसर पर उपस्थित नहीं हो पाये, लेकिन उनका मन आप सभी के साथ है। शीघ्र ही वे माला कोटगाड़ी भगवती की पूजा अर्चना हेतु आयेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने थल-धरमघर-पांखू मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण तथा बंद आई. टी.आई. को पुनः संचालन का आश्वासन देते महोत्सव के सफल आयोजन के लिए 5 लाख रुपये की सहायता राशि प्रदान करने की घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार का लक्ष्य केवल शहरों का विकास नहीं, बल्कि गाँवों को भी सशक्त बनाना है। इस दिशा में राज्य में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में कई ऐतिहासिक कार्य भी हुए हैं। हमारी सरकार वाइब्रेंट विलेज प्रोग्राम, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना, और अमृत मिशन जैसी योजनाओं से गाँवों को आत्मनिर्भर बना रही है। डिजिटल इंडिया के तहत सुदूर गाँवों में इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी लाई जा रही है, ताकि युवा ऑनलाइन शिक्षा और स्टार्टअप क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ सकें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में पहली बार पर्यटन को ग्रीन इकोनॉमी के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिससे गांवों को सीधा लाभ मिलेगा। होम स्टे योजना, और जैविक उत्पादों का बढ़ावा इस दिशा में अहम कदम है। इसका सबसे बड़ा लाभ हमारी माताओं-बहनों को मिलने वाला है। इससे अब पहाड़ की बेटियां सिर्फ घर तक सीमित नहीं रहेंगी, बल्कि पर्यटन उद्यमी बनकर पूरे प्रदेश का नाम रोशन करेंगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक विरासत को भी सशक्त बना रही है। मानस खंड मंदिर माला मिशन के तहत कुमाऊं मण्डल के प्राचीन मंदिरों को संवारने का काम जोरों पर है। माँ कोटगाड़ी मन्दिर को भी इस मिशन के तहत द्वितीय चरण में विकसित किया जायेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जब श्रद्धालु हमारे पौराणिक मंदिरों में आएंगे, तो गांवों में आस्था के साथ-साथ रोजगार भी आएगा। छोटे-छोटे व्यापार, स्थानीय उत्पाद, और धार्मिक पर्यटन से पहाड़ के हर घर को आर्थिक मजबूती मिलेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बड़े स्तर पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। लखपति दीदी योजना के तहत हर गाँव की महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जा रहा है। आज हमारे पहाड़ों की महिलाएँ हर्बल खेती, जैविक उत्पाद, बागवानी, और लोक कला के माध्यम से अपनी पहचान बना रही हैं। और सरकार द्वारा भी वोकल फॉर लोकल के तहत एक जनपद दो उत्पाद योजना से स्थानीय लोगों हेतु स्वरोजगार के अवसर पैदा किये जा रहे हैं।
