विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण ने छात्रों को अच्छे नागरिक, जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनाने के लिए संस्कारयुक्त शिक्षा दिए जाने पर जोर देते हुए कहा है कि सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर इस दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बालिकाओं को शिक्षा के पर्याप्त अवसर देकर ही हम बेहतर समाज व सुदृढ़ भारत का निर्माण करने में सफल होंगे।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज शक्तिपुरम चिन्यालीसौड़ के मेधावी सम्मान समारोह एवं वार्षिकोत्सव में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि बोल रही थी।
इस अवसर पर मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को सम्मानित करते हुए विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि बच्चों के पहले गुरु उसके माता–पिता होते है जो उन्हें अच्छे संस्कार प्रदान करते हैं। अच्छे संस्कारों से युक्त शिक्षा ही उपयोगी व महत्वपूर्ण सिद्ध होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालयों में अच्छी शिक्षा के लिए सामाजिक व सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों से परिपूर्ण संस्कारयुक्त शिक्षा दी जानी आवश्यक है।
श्रीमती खंडूरी द्वारा कहा कि हमें अपनी भाषा पर गर्व करना चाहिए, संस्कृत भाषा सभी भाषाओं कि जननी है और सभी बच्चों को संस्कृत भाषा को अवश्य पढ़ना चाहिए और मातृभाषा हिंदी के अधिकाधिक विस्तार करने में भी सहयोग देना चाहिए।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि महिलाओं को समाज में पूरा सम्मान और समुचित अवसर प्रदान करने में सभी लोगों को अपनी भूमिका निभानी चाहिए। घर में भी बेटा और बेटी में भेद नहीं करना चाहिए। आज समाज में सभी को समान शिक्षा पाने और समान अधिकार प्राप्त करने का अधिकार है।
उन्होंने कहा कि किसी बच्चे की प्रतिभा को उसके द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों से नहीं बल्कि उसमे विद्यमान समग्र संभावनाओं के आधार पर आंका जाना चाहिए। छात्रों की प्रतिभा के स्तर में उत्तरोत्तर गुणात्मक सुधार एक अच्छे अध्यापक की सफलता की कसौटी भी है। लिहाजा अध्यापकों को निरंतर छात्रों का सार्वांगींण विकास करने बाली, गुणवत्तापरक व मूल्य आधारित शिक्षा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्धता से जुटे रहना होगा।
कार्यक्रम में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के द्वारा हाइस्कूल और इंटर की परीक्षा में अच्छे अंकों से उत्तीर्ण होने छात्र–छात्राओं को प्रशस्ति पत्र, स्मृति चिन्ह तथा नगद धनराशि प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया।
इस अवसर पर यमुनोत्री क्षेत्र के विधायक संजय डोभाल ने कहा कि इस प्रकार के सम्मान समारोह छात्रों को प्रोत्साहन एवं प्रेरणा प्रदान करते हैं।
कार्यक्रम में अपर जिलाधिकारी देवानंद शर्मा, उपमहाप्रबंधक यूजेवीएनएल राजेश चौकसी, विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य नत्थीलाल बंगवाल, भाजपा महिला मोर्चा की जिलाध्यक्ष पूनम रमोला, राम सुंदर नौटियाल, सुभाष नौटियाल सहित अनेक गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहे।
इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का भव्य स्वागत किया गया। समारोह में विद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं ने आकर्षक सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किये।
कार्यक्रम में इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा में वरीयता सूची में प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र समीक्षा, आर्यन, मनीषा, आलोक, तनुजा, अवंतिका और प्रशंसा तथा हाईस्कूल परीक्षा में वरीयता सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले अर्जुन, स्वाति, तनिष्का, हितेश को मेधावी सम्मान से सम्मानित किया गया।
