डीएम ने किया EVM–VVPAT वेयरहाउस का निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के अनुरूप त्रैमासिक निरीक्षण

देहरादून: भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एवं मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, उत्तराखण्ड, देहरादून के निर्देशानुसार जिलाधिकारी/जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सविन बंसल ने रायपुर ब्लॉक के आवासीय परिसर, तपोवन रोड स्थित EVM–VVPAT वेयरहाउस का निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के अनुरूप त्रैमासिक निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने वेयरहाउस में रखी सभी EVM एवं VVPAT मशीनों के भौतिक सत्यापन, सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल, द्विस्तरीय लॉकिंग सिस्टम, सीसीटीवी निगरानी व्यवस्था, अग्नि सुरक्षा प्रबंधन तथा रख-रखाव की स्थिति का विस्तृत परीक्षण किया। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सुरक्षा मानकों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने तथा किसी भी प्रकार की तकनीकी या भौतिक त्रुटि पाए जाने पर तत्काल सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार आयोजित निरीक्षण के समय राजनैतिक दलों के पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने निरीक्षण की पारदर्शिता एवं आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित मानकों के पालन को प्रत्यक्ष रूप से देखा।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी / उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
