मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पंचम राज्य वित्त आयोग की संस्तुतियों के क्रम में गैर निर्वाचित निकायों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 की द्वितीय छमाही किश्त हेतु 03 करोड़, समस्त जिला पंचायतों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 की तृतीय त्रैमासिक किश्त एवं क्षेत्र पंचायतों एवं ग्राम पंचायतों को द्वित्तीय छमाही किश्त की कुल 361.25 करोड तथा समस्त शहरी स्थानीय निकायों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 की तृतीय त्रैमासिक किस्त हेतु 333.25 करोड की धनराशि आवंटित किये जाने का अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा मानसून के दौरान जनपद हरिद्वार में आपदाओं की संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए आपदा न्यानीकरण निधि में तात्कालिक आवश्यकताओं के कार्यों हेतु 01 करोड एवं जनपद उत्तरकाशी के धराली/स्यानाचट्टी सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अतिवृष्टि के कारण व्यापक सार्वजनिक परिसम्पत्तियों की मरम्मत/पुर्नस्थापना कार्य हेतु 03 करोड़ अतिरिक्त धनराशि आवंटित किये जाने का अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य योजना के अन्तर्गत जनपद पौड़ी गढ़वाल की विधानसभा क्षेत्र श्रीनगर में विभिन्न मोटर मार्गों पर स्थित 04 सेतुओं को उच्चीकृत किये जाने एवं एक मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु 18.23 लाख का भी अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न जनपदों/रेखीय विभागों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में राज्य आपदा मोचन निधि से आयुक्त एवं सचिव, राजस्व परिषद, देहरादून को 02 करोड़, जनपद देहरादून को 16 करोड़ एवं उत्तराखण्ड ग्रामीण सड़क विकास अभिकरण को 25 करोड़, की धनराशि आवंटित किये जाने का अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जनपद पौडी के विकासखण्ड यमकेश्वर के अन्तर्गत दिवोगी कान्द्रा भवालातोक में विन नदी के किनारे पर बाढ़ नियंत्रण कार्य हेतु 2.58 करोड़ की धनराशि का अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया है।

इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा प्राकृतिक आपदा से मार्गाे/सड़कों में आने वाले मलबे को हटाये जाने हेतु विभिन्न कार्यदायी संस्थाओं द्वारा स्थापित/तैनात की गयी जे०सी०बी० आदि के वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 तथा विगत वर्षों को जे०सी०बी० के बीजकों का तथा राज्य आपदा मोचन निधि से अन्य देयकों का भुगतान जनपद स्तर पर प्रति जनपद 02 करोड़ की दर से 13 जनपदों हेतु कुल 26 करोड़ स्वीकृत किये जाने का अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया है।
