जनसुविधा और हरित परिवहन का संगमः सखी कैब बेड़े में आधुनिक मिनी ईवी बसें जल्द, जिला प्रशासन की तैयारी पूरी

देहरादून: मुख्यमत्री के मार्गदर्शन में देहरादून जिला प्रशासन द्वारा परेड ग्राउंड व तिब्बती मार्केट स्थित ऑटोमेटेड मैकेनिकल पार्किंग के लिए शीघ्र ही आधुनिक मिनी बसों को ईवी शटल सेवा बेडे में शामिल करने जा रहा है, जिसकी तैयारियां युद्ध स्तर पर जा रही है। इस दिशा में प्रशासन ने कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया है। ईवी शटल सेवा के अंतर्गत 13 सीटर नई आधुनिक इलेक्ट्रिक मिनी बसें खरीदी जाएंगी, जिसके लिए जिला प्रशासन ने एडॉर्न एजेंसी के साथ एमओयू (समझौता ज्ञापन) पर हस्ताक्षर कर दिए हैं।

जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से स्मार्ट सिटी, एडॉर्न संस्था एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि ईवी शटल बसों की खरीद प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूरी करते हुए उनके संचालन से संबंधित सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं तत्काल सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए । जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को बस स्टॉपेज, वेटिंग एवं चार्जिंग स्टेशन, डिज़ाइन, रूट चार्ट एवं पार्किंग संबंधी कार्यों को त्वरित गति से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

ऑटोमेटेड मैकेनिकल पार्किंग में वाहन पार्क करने वाले लोगों को आधुनिक ईवी शटल मिनी बसों के माध्यम से निःशुल्क परिवहन सुविधा प्रदान की जाएगी, जबकि आम जनता के लिए न्यूनतम टिकट दर निर्धारित की जाएगी। प्रथम चरण में 05 आधुनिक ईवी मिनी बसों की खरीद की जा रही है, जिसे भविष्य में आवश्यकता अनुसार बढ़ाया जाएगा।

मा० मुख्यमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल द्वारा शहर को जाम से राहत दिलाने एवं जनमानस को बेहतर पार्किंग सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से शहर के तीन स्थानों पर ऑटोमेटेड पार्किंग का निर्माण कराया गया है। इन पार्किंग सुविधाओं को और अधिक सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए ईवी सखी कैब सेवा के बाद अब जल्द आधुनिक ईवी मिनी बस शटल सेवा शुरू की जा रही है, जिससे वाहन पार्क करने वाले लोगों सहित आम नागरिकों को आवागमन की सुविधा मिलेगी।

वर्तमान में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा ऑटोमेटेड पार्किंग सुविधा के अंतर्गत ‘फ्री सखी कैब सुविधा” संचालित की जा रही है, जिसके तहत जिला ग्राम्य विकास अभिकरण, देहरादून को नई ईवी गाड़ियां (टाटा पंच) आवंटित की गई हैं। ये वाहन पार्किंग में वाहन खड़ा करने वाले वाहन स्वामियों को नजदीकी भीड़भाड़ एवं व्यस्त क्षेत्रों तक निःशुल्क लाने-ले जाने की सुविधा प्रदान कर रहे हैं।

शहर को जाम से निजात दिलाने और पार्किंग व्यवस्था में सुधार के लिए निर्मित तीन ऑटोमेटेड पार्किंग स्थलों में परेड ग्राउंड (111 वाहन क्षमता), तिब्बती मार्केट (132 वाहन क्षमता) एवं कोरोनेशन (18 वाहन क्षमता) शामिल हैं। ईवी शटल सेवा शुरू होने के बाद घंटाघर, सुभाष रोड, गांधी पार्क, परेड ग्राउंड सहित लगभग 10 किलोमीटर के दायरे में निःशुल्क ईवी बस सेवा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

वर्चुअल बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, एसीईओ स्मार्ट सिटी तीरथ पाल सिंह, एडरॉन संस्था के अधिकारी विजय कुमार, सलाहकार युवराज सहित विभिन्न विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
