रुद्रप्रयाग:जिलाधिकारी प्रतीक जैन की अध्यक्षता में आज माह जुलाई की मासिक बैठक जिला कार्यालय के एनआईसी कक्ष में सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक में राजस्व वसूली की प्रगति, राजस्व पुलिस से जुड़े मामलों की समीक्षा, संग्रह अमीन रिपोर्ट वाले प्रकरणों पर कार्यवाही तथा आपदा नियंत्रण व्यवस्था सहित विभिन्न प्रशासनिक विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी प्रतीक जैन ने राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि वे लंबित वसूली मामलों में तेजी लाएं और तय समयसीमा के भीतर लक्ष्य प्राप्त करें। साथ ही उन्होंने राजस्व पुलिस से संबंधित मामलों में भी समुचित समन्वय बनाते हुए प्रभावी कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया।बैठक में संग्रह अमीन रिपोर्ट के आधार पर लंबित प्रकरणों की भी समीक्षा की गई। इस संबंध में जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि संबंधित मामलों पर तत्काल कार्यवाही की जाए ताकि वसूली और रिपोर्टिंग में पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।
अपर जिलाधिकारी श्याम सिंह राणा ने बैठक में उपस्थित सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। विभागीय तालमेल के अभाव में जनहित के कार्यों में देरी होती है, जिसे रोका जाना चाहिए।इसलिए सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करे।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने जनपद में प्लास्टिक पर प्रतिबंध के अभियान को और सख्ती से लागू करने के निर्देश दिए। नगर पालिकाओं और नगर पंचायतों को प्लास्टिक बेन अभियान को गंभीरता से लेते हुए स्थानीय स्तर पर जागरूकता फैलाने तथा उल्लंघन करने वालों पर जुर्माना लगाने जैसे सख्त कदम उठाने के आदेश दिए । उन्होंने साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था को लेकर भी नगर निकायों को निर्देशित किया कि सफाई व्यवस्था में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही न बरती जाए।बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री शिकायत पोर्टल पर प्राप्त शिकायतों की स्थिति और उनके निस्तारण की भी समीक्षा की गई। इस दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी ने सभी विभागाध्यक्षों को सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि प्राप्त शिकायतों का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि शिकायतों के निस्तारण में गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता बनी रहनी चाहिए ताकि जनता को विश्वास हो कि उनकी बातों को सुना और समझा जा रहा है।
इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने सभी तहसीलों में स्थापित आपदा कंट्रोल रूमों की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी चर्चा की और कहा कि बरसात के दृष्टिगत सभी कंट्रोल रूम पूरी तरह सक्रिय और व्यवस्थित रहें। कंट्रोल रूम में आवश्यक उपकरण, संचार साधन और प्रशिक्षित स्टाफ की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए ताकि आपदा की स्थिति में समय पर राहत व बचाव कार्य संचालित किए जा सकें।इस दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी द्वारा यह भी निर्देश दिये कि व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठानो में अगर घरेलू सिलेंडरों का उपयोग जनपद में कही पाया जाता है तो सम्बधित विभाग व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठानो पर कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करे।
इस दौरान बैठक में उपजिलाधिकारी अनिल शुक्ला, उपजिलाधिकारी जखोली भगत सिंह फोनिया, उपजिलाधिकारी रुद्रप्रयाग याक्षी अरोड़ा, प्रभारी अधिकारी जिला कार्यालय डी.एस. रौतेला, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी के.एस. कोहली, तहसीलदार ऊखीमठ प्रदीप नेगी, तहसीलदार रुद्रप्रयाग प्रणव पांडेय सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
