मुख्यमंत्री के नेतृत्व में दिसंबर माह से शुरू हुए इस अभियान का उद्देश्य लोगों को सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर से राहत दिलाकर प्रशासन को उनके द्वार तक पहुंचाना था। 20 फरवरी तक लगातार चले इस अभियान के दौरान प्रदेशभर में कुल 681 कैंप लगाए गए, जिनमें 5,33,452 नागरिकों ने भाग लेकर विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ उठाया और अपनी समस्याएं दर्ज कराईं। अंतिम दिन भी 11 शिविरों में 8209 लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया।

अभियान के दौरान कुल 51,053 शिकायती पत्र प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 33,755 शिकायतों का तत्काल निस्तारण कर दिया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रमाणपत्रों के लिए 74,184 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिन पर तेजी से कार्रवाई की जा रही है। साथ ही करीब तीन लाख लोगों को विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी सेवाओं का लाभ भी प्रदान किया गया।
