सड़क की दीवार बैठने के कारण 50 मीटर खाई में जा गिरा ट्रक

टिहरी में देर रात दर्दनाक हादसा हो गया। थत्यूड मोटर मार्ग पर बंदरकोट से दो किलोमीटर आगे एक डंपर वाहन खाई में गिर गया। इस दौरान चालक की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।

जानकारी के अनुसार, डंपर संख्या( यूके16 सीए 0375) रात करीब 12 बजे सड़क की दीवार बैठने के कारण 50 मीटर खाई में जा गिरा। जहां वाहन चालक रितेश पुत्र रघुदास ग्राम बागी जौनसार की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।

घटना के समय अन्य वाहन चालकों ने मृतक को वाहन निकालने की बहुत कोशिश की लेकिन शव ट्रक के नीचे फसे होने के कारण सफल नहीं हो सके। रात्रि में 112 के माध्यम से पुलिस को सूचित किया। सूचना मिलते ही कैपटी पुलिस, नैनबाग चौकी व एसडीआरएफ डाकपत्थर व 108 की टीम मौके पर पहुंची। कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद मृतक को टीम ने बाहर निकाला।
