बहुगुणा ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड सरकार, उत्तराखण्ड के अलावा विदेशों में भी प्रदेश के प्रशिक्षित युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसरों से जोडने हेतु कृत संकल्प है। इसी उद्देश्य से 09 नवम्बर 2024 को देहरादून के ब्लाक सहसपुर, शंकरपुर में विदेश रोजगार प्रकोष्ठ / स्किल हब का शुभारम्भ किया गया है। उक्त योजना के प्रथम चरण में जापान, जर्मनी यू०के० और आयरलैण्ड में नर्सिंग के क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षित युवाओं को विदेशों में सेवायोजित करने हेतु जापानी, जर्मनी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा का प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है।
उन्होने बताया कि विदेश रोजगार प्रकोष्ठ सहसपुर में केयर गिवर जॉब रोल हेतु प्रथम बैच के जापानी भाषा में 33 युवाओं को विदेश रोजगार प्रकोष्ठ /स्किल हब सहसपुर में जापानी भाषा का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया था जिसमें से 23 युवाओं द्वारा जापानी भाषा (N4) दक्षता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के साथ ही जापान में प्लेसमेंट भी प्राप्त कर लिया गया है। श्री बहुगुणा ने बताया कि पूरे देश से निःशुल्क प्रशिक्षण (बीपीएल धारक) हेतु 13 अभ्यर्थियों का चयन जापान में केयर गिबर हेतु किया जाना था, जिसमें 01 अभ्यर्थी कु० मंजू जो जनपद चमोली के गैरसैण की है जापानी भाषा (N4) दक्षता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के उपरान्त उसका चयन जापान के सकूरा होम में हो गया है।
