देहरादून 14 मई। उत्तराखण्ड में कृषि और बागवानी को नई दिशा देने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि राज्य के प्रत्येक विकासखण्ड में एक-एक गांव को आदर्श कृषि एवं उद्यान गांव के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा।

गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय में आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड कृषि उत्पादन विपणन बोर्ड की बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को तीन वर्षीय विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य किसानों की आय बढ़ाना, खेती की लागत कम करना और कृषि को अधिक लाभकारी बनाना है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि गांवों का चयन करते समय स्थानीय भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों, जलवायु और भूमि की गुणवत्ता का वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन किया जाए। क्षेत्र विशेष के अनुसार फल, सब्जियों और अन्य फसलों का चयन कर योजनाबद्ध तरीके से उत्पादन बढ़ाया जाएगा, जिससे उत्तराखण्ड को कृषि और बागवानी के क्षेत्र में नई पहचान मिल सके।

उन्होंने गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय समेत अन्य संस्थानों के सहयोग से किसानों के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम और कृषि गोष्ठियां आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए। इन कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से किसानों को आधुनिक तकनीक, उन्नत बीज, पौध और बेहतर खेती के तरीके उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने तिलहनी फसलों—सरसों, तिल, सूरजमुखी और सोयाबीन—के उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने पर विशेष जोर देते हुए कहा कि इससे कृषि विविधीकरण को गति मिलेगी और किसानों को बेहतर आर्थिक लाभ मिलेगा।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने जैविक खेती, बायोगैस संयंत्र और सौर ऊर्जा संचालित पंपों के उपयोग को प्रोत्साहित करने के निर्देश दिए। किसानों की उपज के बेहतर विपणन के लिए डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म और प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था करने पर भी बल दिया गया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि “लैब टू लैंड” की अवधारणा को मजबूत करते हुए शोध और तकनीकी नवाचारों का सीधा लाभ किसानों तक पहुंचाया जाए, ताकि ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाया जा सके।

बैठक में मंडी परिषद के अध्यक्ष डॉ. अनिल कुमार डब्बू, सचिव डॉ. एस.एन. पाण्डेय, अपर सचिव बंशीधर तिवारी सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
