देहरादून 08 अप्रैल।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को उत्तराखंड निवेश और आधारभूत संरचना विकास बोर्ड (UIIDB) की चौथी बैठक में राज्य की महत्वपूर्ण अवसंरचनात्मक परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को हरिद्वार गंगा कॉरिडोर, Rishikesh गंगा कॉरिडोर और शारदा रिवरफ्रंट कॉरिडोर परियोजनाओं के कार्यों में तेजी लाने तथा उन्हें प्राथमिकता के आधार पर आगे बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में UIIDB के गठन का उद्देश्य निवेश को बढ़ावा देना और आधारभूत संरचना को सुदृढ़ करना है। इसके लिए सभी संबंधित विभागों को समन्वय और जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करना होगा। उन्होंने परियोजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में आ रही प्रक्रियात्मक जटिलताओं को दूर करने तथा कार्यों के सरलीकरण पर विशेष जोर दिया, ताकि परियोजनाएं तय समयसीमा में धरातल पर उतर सकें।

उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि आगामी छह माह के भीतर इन परियोजनाओं में वास्तविक प्रगति दिखाई देनी चाहिए। इसके लिए प्रत्येक परियोजना की स्पष्ट टाइमलाइन तय कर नियमित मॉनिटरिंग और समीक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने शारदा कॉरिडोर योजना के तहत भूमि की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के साथ क्षेत्र की भूस्खलन संवेदनशीलता का अध्ययन कर सुरक्षात्मक उपायों को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शारदा नदी के किनारे रिवरफ्रंट विकास और घाटों के सौंदर्यीकरण से श्रद्धालुओं और पर्यटकों को बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलेंगी तथा क्षेत्र में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

बैठक में आगामी कुम्भ मेला को ध्यान में रखते हुए गंगोत्री से हरिद्वार तक गंगा की स्वच्छता, हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश के घाटों के सौंदर्यीकरण और आधारभूत सुविधाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण पर प्राथमिकता से कार्य करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सभी परियोजनाओं में गुणवत्ता, पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि राज्य के समग्र विकास को गति मिल सके और उत्तराखंड निवेश के लिए एक आकर्षक गंतव्य के रूप में स्थापित हो सके।

बैठक में कैबिनेट मंत्री सौरभ बहुगुणा, अवस्थापना अनुश्रवण परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष विश्वास डाबर, मुख्य सचिव आन्नदवर्धन सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
