14 अप्रैल को प्रस्तावित प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के जनपद भ्रमण कार्यक्रम को लेकर जिला प्रशासन अलर्ट मोड पर है। तैयारियों और व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा के लिए जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने बुधवार को कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ उच्चस्तरीय बैठक की और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में बताया गया कि प्रधानमंत्री 14 अप्रैल को गणेश पुर सहारनपुर में दिल्ली देहरादून एक्सप्रेस-वे का लोकार्पण करेंगे। इसके बाद वे सड़क मार्ग से देहरादून के गढ़ी कैंट स्थित कार्यक्रम स्थल पर पहुंचेंगे।

जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि संपूर्ण सड़क मार्ग पर लोक निर्माण विभाग पुलिस विभाग के समन्वय से बैरिकेडिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करेगा। पुलिस विभाग को सुदृढ़ सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बनाने तथा एमडीडीए को मार्ग एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों के सौंदर्यीकरण की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।

देहरादून नगर निगम को सड़क मार्ग और कार्यक्रम स्थल पर व्यापक सफाई व्यवस्था, मोबाइल शौचालय तथा अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाएं समय पर उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। वहीं मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को सड़क मार्ग और कार्यक्रम स्थल पर पर्याप्त चिकित्सा टीमों की तैनाती सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

बैठक में कार्यक्रम स्थल पर मंच निर्माण, बैठने की व्यवस्था, पार्किंग, प्रवेश और निकास द्वार, वीआईपी तथा आमजन के लिए अलग-अलग बैठक व्यवस्था और यातायात योजना की विस्तृत समीक्षा भी की गई। जिलाधिकारी ने सभी विभागों को समयबद्ध और गुणवत्ता पूर्ण कार्य सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को कार्यक्रम के लिए जोनल और सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेटों की तैनाती सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।
