मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह पुस्तिका राज्य में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकास का रोडमैप तैयार करती है, जो “विकसित भारत 2047” के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड में तेजी से सड़क और अन्य आधारभूत ढांचे का विस्तार हुआ है।

सचिव लोक निर्माण विभाग डॉ. पंकज कुमार पांडेय ने जानकारी दी कि इस मास्टर प्लान में 100 से अधिक परियोजनाओं को शामिल किया गया है। इनमें सड़क कनेक्टिविटी, आर्थिक हब से जुड़ाव, पुल निर्माण, सड़क सुरक्षा, स्लोप प्रोटेक्शन, टेक्नोलॉजी उपयोग, वित्तीय प्रबंधन और नीति निर्माण जैसे प्रमुख क्षेत्रों पर फोकस किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि समय-समय पर इस पुस्तिका में आवश्यक संशोधन भी किए जाएंगे।

कार्यक्रम में अवस्थापना अनुश्रवण परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष विश्वास डाबर, प्रमुख अभियंता राजेश चंद्र शर्मा, मुख्य अभियंता रणजीत रावत सहित विभाग के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
