मुख्यमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में जिला प्रशासन देहरादून ने सरकारी विद्यालयों में डिजिटल शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में बड़ी पहल की है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की पहल पर जनपद के 168 राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में “प्रोजेक्ट उत्कर्ष” के तहत स्मार्ट शिक्षण व्यवस्था लागू की जा रही है। इसके अंतर्गत सभी विद्यालयों में स्मार्ट टीवी की आपूर्ति हो चुकी है और उनके इंस्टालेशन का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा शिक्षा के आधुनिकीकरण की दिशा में लार्ज स्केल पर पहल करते हुए 168 विद्यालयों में कुल 884 स्मार्ट टीवी स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं। इस परियोजना पर 3.67 करोड़ रुपये व्यय किए जा रहे हैं, जिसकी धनराशि जिला खनन न्यास से उपलब्ध कराई गई है। स्मार्ट टीवी के माध्यम से कक्षाओं में ऑडियो-वीडियो कंटेंट, ई-लर्निंग मॉड्यूल और डिजिटल पाठ्य सामग्री का उपयोग किया जाएगा, जिससे शिक्षण प्रक्रिया अधिक प्रभावी, रोचक और सहभागितापूर्ण बनेगी।

इस पहल से विद्यार्थियों को दीक्षा पोर्टल, पीएम ई-विद्या, शैक्षिक वीडियो और वर्चुअल कक्षाओं जैसी आधुनिक सुविधाओं का लाभ मिलेगा, जिससे उनकी अवधारणात्मक समझ मजबूत होगी और शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार आएगा। परियोजना के तहत विद्यालयों की आवश्यकता के अनुसार 43 इंच और 55 इंच के स्मार्ट टीवी खरीदे गए हैं।

स्मार्ट टीवी का क्रय जैम (GeM) पोर्टल के माध्यम से ई-टेंडर प्रक्रिया द्वारा पूर्ण पारदर्शिता के साथ किया गया। निविदा प्रक्रिया में 12 फर्मों ने भाग लिया, जिनमें तकनीकी एवं वित्तीय मूल्यांकन के बाद पात्र न्यूनतम दर वाली फर्म का चयन किया गया।

जिला प्रशासन इससे पहले भी 5 करोड़ रुपये के सीएसआर फंड से जनपद के सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों को फर्नीचर से सुसज्जित कर चुका है।

जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने कहा कि यह पहल जनपद में शिक्षा के आधुनिकीकरण की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगी। प्रशासन विद्यार्थियों को आधुनिक संसाधनों से जोड़ने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है और शीघ्र ही सभी विद्यालयों में डिजिटल शिक्षण सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। यह पहल राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) के अनुरूप तकनीक-सक्षम शिक्षण वातावरण विकसित करने की दिशा में भी महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
