उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना के 25 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के परिपेक्ष्य में पूरे जनपद में 03 से 09 नवंबर तक रजत जयंती सप्ताह के रूप में मनाया जाएगा। राज्य स्थापना रजत जयंती सप्ताह एवं स्थापना दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने समस्त जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। उन्होंने रजत जयंती सप्ताह में जिला मुख्यालय सहित ब्लाक एवं तहसीलों में प्रतिदिन आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों की समयबद्व तैयारी सुनिश्चित करते हुए जन सहभागिता बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि रजत जयंती सप्ताह के अवसर पर नारी शक्ति दिवस, सुशासन दिवस, यूथ स्पोर्ट्स, पर्यावरण एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन, शहीदों को नमन, ऐतिहासिक एवं सांस्कृतिक विरासत, रोजगार दिवस, स्वदेशी खाद्य, विकास का सफर आदि महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर आधारित प्रतिदिन अलग-अलग थीम के साथ पूरे जनपद में भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजित किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि रजत जयंती सप्ताह पर जिला मुख्यालय सहित तहसील एवं ब्लाक स्तरों पर होने वाले सभी कार्यक्रमों की समुचित व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाए। नारी शक्ति दिवस पर स्वयं सहायता समूह व एनआरएलएम समूह द्वारा तैयार उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी लगाई जाए। सुशासन दिवस पर प्रत्येक ब्लॉक स्तर पर वृहद बहुउद्देशीय शिविर आयोजित करते हुए आम जनता की समस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान किया जाए। यूथ दिवस पर क्रॉस कंट्री दौड़, पैराग्लाइडिंग, हॉट बैलून सहित अन्य एडवेंचर स्पोर्ट्स प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया जाए। आम जनमानस को बैंकिंग सुविधाओं की जानकारी देने के लिए आरबीआई की वर्कशॉप आयोजित की जाए। नशामुक्ति, सड़क सुरक्षा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रति वृहद स्तर पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित करें। सभी ऐतिहासिक एवं सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों पर भी सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों को आयोजित करते हुए अमर शहीदों के बलिदान एवं स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों को सम्मानित किया जाए। जिलाधिकारी ने शिक्षण संस्थाओं में विजन-2050 विषय पर गोष्ठी, निबंध, पेंटिंग आदि प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए।
