रायफल फंड का उपयोग निर्धन, निर्बल, असहाय के लिए गतिमान

देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री की प्ररेणा से जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल जनपद में असहाय, अक्षम और निर्धन लोगों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने के लिए निरंतर काम कर रहे है। गरीब, असहाय और जरूरतमंदों को सरकार की योजनाओं के साथ ही जिले स्तर पर उपलब्ध संशाधनों से आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर उनकी विशेष जरूरतों को पूरा करने का हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे है।

जिलाधिकारी के प्रयासों से जनपद में सक्रिय राइफल क्लब फंड से मंगलवार को 06 असहाय, अक्षम और जरूरतंद लोगों को 1.35 लाख की आर्थिक सहायता चेक प्रदान किए गए। पति की अकस्मात मृत्यु के बाद धर्मपुर निवासी मीनाक्षी रतूड़ी के सामने अपने बच्चों की फीस जमा करने का आर्थिक संकट खडा हो गया था। फीस जमा न होने पर स्कूल बच्चों का नाम काट रहा था।

आर्थिक और मानसिक तौर पर परेशान मीनाक्षी का मामला संज्ञान में आने पर डीएम ने असहाय महिला को राइफल क्लब से 25 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर सहारा दिया।

वहीं विजय कॉलोनी निवासी कैंसर पीडित शारदा देवी और आडीपीएल ऋषिकेश निवासी दीपा देवी को इलाज के लिए 25-25 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की। आंखों की रोशनी खो चुके डालनवाल निवासी इजाजुद्दीन को उनकी बेटी की शादी के लिए 25 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता चेक प्रदान किया।

आर्थिक तंगी के चलते बिजली का बिल जमा न करने पर बडोवाला आरकेडिया ग्रांट निवासी दिव्यांग जितेन्द्र के घर पर बिजली कनेक्शन काट दिया था। दिव्यांग जितेन्द्र बिजली का बिल जमा नहीं कर पा रहा था। बिजली का पुराना बकाया बिल भुगतान के लिए दिव्यांग 25 हजार की आर्थिक सहायता पाकर दिव्यांग जितेंद्र के आंसू छलक उठे। वहीं क्लेमनटाउन निवासी दिव्यांग अब्दुल रहमान को स्वरोजगार के लिए सिलाई मशीन खरीदने के लिए 10 हजार की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की। आर्थिक सहायता मिलने पर सभी लाभार्थियों ने जिला प्रशासन का आभार व्यक्त किया।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास गरीब, असहाय और अक्षम लोगों समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने का है। गरीब और असहाय लोगों की समस्या का हम पूर्ण निवारण तो नहीं कर सकते है, परंतु आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान कर उनकी समस्या को काफी हद तक कम किया जा सकता है। मा0 मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशों पर समाज के वंचित वर्ग के लोगों को चिन्हित कर उनको सरकार की योजनाओं और विभिन्न स्रोतों से उपलब्ध फंड से आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है।

कहा कि जिले में राइफल क्लब फंड से आज फिर 06 असहाय, गरीब एवं निर्बल लोगों को सहयोग राशि प्रदान की गई है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि राइफल क्लब मूलभूत सुविधाओं से हटकर एक लक्सरी ट्रॉजेक्शन है। इसका उपयोग सीएसआर गतिविधियों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए किया जा रहा है। डीएम ने समाज में असहाय लोगों को चिन्हित करने के लिए ग्राउंड स्टाफ एवं इसमें काम कर रहे अधिकारियों की भी प्रशंसा की। इस मौके पर उप जिलाधिकारी कुमकुम जोशी, मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी एवं अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल ने प्रथम बार जिले में राइफल फंड का उपयोग किया जिससे जिले में अब तक इस फंड से धनराशि रू0 11.05 लाख की सहायता पत्रों लोगों को वितरित की गई है।

इससे पूर्व इस फंड से झुग्गी बस्ती प्रेमनगर में बालवाडी मरम्मत हेतु दिव्यांग महिला को धनराशि रू0 1,30000, ग्राम फनार तहसील त्यूनी निवासी गरीब बिधवा महिला नीतू दुर्गादेवी के विद्युत बिल की धनराशि रू0 18000, अनाथ अदिति के पिता द्वारा लिए गए बैंक ऋण रू0 50000, भगत सिंह कॉलोनी निवासी शमीमा को स्वरोजगार हेतु धनराशि रू0 30,000, सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर प्रबन्धक समिति भोगपुर जहां दूर-दूर से बच्चें पढने आते हैं, को बच्चों के परिवहन हेतु वाहन के लिए धनराशि रू0 5,73950 की सहायता प्रदान की गई।

ज्ञातब्य है कि राइफल क्लब वर्ष 1959 से संचालित है जिसमें नये शस्त्र लाइसेंस, लाइसेंस पंजीकरण, नवीनीकरण, शस्त्र लाइसेंस सीमा विस्तार, गन लाइसेंस की टीएल/एनओसी, शस्त्र विक्रय अनुमति, शस्त्र लाइसेंस श्रेणी परिवर्तन, शस्त्र क्रय करने की समयावधि बढ़ाने आदि के लिए राइफल फंड में अनुदान लिया जाता है।
