देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने नवंबर माह में प्रस्तावित चौथी मुख्य सचिव कॉन्फ्रेस की तैयारियों को लेकर शासन व जिलाधिकारियों की समीक्षा बैठक ली। बताया गया कि मुख्य सचिव कॉन्फ्रेंस की तैयारियों के दृष्टिगत नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर दिए गए हैं।

बुधवार को सचिवालय में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने आगामी कॉन्फ्रेंस के लिए नोडल अधिकारियों को मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, ग्रामीण गैर कृषि, शहरी विकास, रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी और सर्कुलर इकोनॉमी पर अपने फीडबैक नोट्स 20 सितम्बर तक नियोजन विभाग को भेजने की डेडलाइन दी है। जबकि राज्य विशेष के सम्बन्ध में नोट्स शासन को भेजने के लिए 25 सितम्बर तक का समय दिया है।

मुख्य सचिव ने सभी आईएएस व पीसीएस अधिकारियों के साथ ही विभागाध्यक्षों और विभागीय अधिकारियों को अपने फील्ड अधिकारियों से फीडबैक लेते हुए फीडबैक नोट्स बनाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने जिले के जिलाधिकारियों को फीडबैक नोट्स तैयार करते समय अपने अधीनस्थ व फील्ड अधिकारियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

उन्होंने विशेष रूप से नीति आयोग के आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रमों (Aspirational Districts) के तहत आने वाले जनपदों (हरिद्वार व उधमसिंह नगर) में सूचकांकों पर विशेष ध्यान दिए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं।

बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि नीति आयोग द्वारा चौथी मुख्य सचिव कॉन्फ्रेंस के लिए 6 थीम निर्धारित की गई है। प्रत्येक थीम के लिए नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर दिए गए हैं। राज्य के नोडल अधिकारियों द्वारा केन्द्रीय नोडल मंत्रालयों द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न बैठकों में प्रतिभाग किया गया है। अभी तक कुल 182 फीडबैक नोट्स मिले हैं।

बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम, राधिका झा सहित सभी सचिव व वर्चुअल माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
