देहरादून: मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने सचिवालय में राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व. लाल बहादुर शास्त्री की जयंती पर उनके चित्र पर माल्यार्पण कर उनका भावपूर्ण स्मरण किया। सचिवालय के अन्य उच्चाधिकारियों द्वारा भी गांधी जी तथा पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व. लाल बहादुर शास्त्री के चित्रों पर माल्यार्पण कर श्रद्धांजलि दी गई।

मुख्य सचिव ने सचिवालय में परिसर में उपस्थित सभी अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों को ‘स्वच्छता ही सेवा‘ शपथ भी दिलायी। इस अवसर पर भारतखंडे संगीत महाविघालय द्वारा गांधी जी के प्रिय भजन वैष्णव जन का समवेत गायन किया गया।

इस अवसर पर प्रमुख सचिव श्री आर.के. सुधांशु, सचिव श्री शैलेश बगौली, श्री नितेश कुमार झा, डॉ. बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरूषोत्तम, डॉ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, डॉ. रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा, डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, दीपेन्द्र कुमार चौधरी एवं श्री विनोद कुमार सुमन सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारी भी उपस्थित थे।
