जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देशित किया कि सभी उपजिलाधिकारी अपनी-अपनी तहसीलों में वादों के निस्तारण की स्थिति के सम्बन्ध में की गई कार्यवाही तथा निस्तारित कर वादों के निस्तारण विस्तृत रिपोर्ट प्रत्येेक सप्ताह प्रस्तुत करें। जहां पर सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति नही मिल रहा है उसके लिए समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से तामिली कराते हुए निस्तारण की कार्यवाही की जाए तथा इस कार्य को गंभीरता करें।

जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को कड़े शब्दों में निर्देशित किया कि वादों के निस्तारण में गंभीरता दिखाते हुए एक माह के भीतर वादों को करें निस्तारित करें साथ ही निर्देशित किया प्रभावी तामिली कराते हुए धारा 166, 167, 154, 157 के वादों को निस्तारित करते हुए गूगल सीट में अद्यतन करें।
