उत्तराखंड पौड़ी के लोकप्रिय विधायक राजकुमार पोरी ने विकास खंड कल्जीखाल की चिनवाडी़ डांडा पम्पिंग योजना में हुई अनियमिता में विधानसभा में सरकार से प्रश्न किया विधायक पोरी ने कहा कि चिनवाडी डांडा पम्पिंग योजना से लगभग 70 से 80 गांवों को सुव्यवस्थित पेयजलापूर्ति प्रारंभ किए जाने को लेकर कर यह योजना तैयार की गई थी लेकिन भारी अनियमितताएं सामने पर इस योजना से सम्बन्धित ग्रामीणों को पेयजलापूर्ति तक नहीं मिल पा रही है उन्होंने कहा कि इस पेयजल योजना में एक फिल्टर तक नहीं लगाया गया जिससे दूषित पेयजल से ग्रामीणों को बीमारी व ग्रस्त जन जीवन से प्रभावित होना पड़ रहा है

उन्होंने इस मामले सदन प्रमुखता से उठाते सरकार का ध्यान आकर्षित करते ठोस कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया है साथ ही विगत मानसूनी वर्षा से आपदा की चपेट आए अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र के ग्राम सभा रैदुल, कलूण कमेडा़ में हुए भारी नुकसान से प्रभावित हुए ग्रामीणों के बारे में प्रश्न किया विधायक ने कहा कि आपदा से ग्रामीणों का जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया है लोग बेघर हो गए हैं कुछ परिवारों के आवास व गौशालाएं क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है ग्रामीणों के फसलों को भी भारी नुकसान हुआ है उन्होंने सरकार से आपदा से प्रभावितों को विस्थापित किए जाने की मांग की है कहा कि इन लोगों के पास आवास बनाने तक के लिए भूमि भी उपलब्ध नहीं है, विधायक ने अपनी इन दो मांगों को सरकार से प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जनहित में ठोस व सार्थक कार्रवाई किए जाने की मांग की है।
