बुजुर्ग की 10 वर्षों से चली आ रही पेयजल समस्या, एक्सियन से मौके पर ही कराई लिखित में निस्तारित

देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री के जन सेवा को समर्पित संकल्प के तहत जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल हर सोमवार को जन सुनवाई कर जनता की समस्याओं का निराकरण करने में जुटे है। जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में आयोजित जन सुनवाई में जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से पहुंचे 174 फरियादियों ने अपनी समस्याएं रखी।

जिसमें से अधिकांश समस्याओं का जिलाधिकारी ने मौके पर निराकरण किया और अधिकारियों को विभागीय स्तर की समस्याओं का समयबद्धता से निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिए। जन सुनवाई के दौरान फरियादियों ने भूमि एवं घरेलू विवाद, सड़क, शिक्षा, पेयजल, अवैध खनन, एमडीडीए, नगर निगम, पुलिस, परिवहन, विद्युत, आर्थिक सहायता, स्कूल फीस माफी आदि से जुड़ी समस्याएं प्रमुखता से रखी।

जनता दर्शन में भूमि पर कब्जाने की शिकायतों पर जिलाधिकारी ने राजस्व एवं पुलिस के अधिकारियों को सख्त एक्शन के निर्देश दिए। नत्थनपुर निवासी महिला पुष्पा देवी के साथ मारपीट कर पैतृक सम्पत्ति कब्जाने की शिकायतों पर डीएम उक्त प्ररकण पर पूर्व पारित आदेशों पर तहसीलदार, एसओ नेहरूकालोनी को नियमानुसार कब्जा दिलाने के सख्त निर्देश दिए।

डोईवाला निवासी सतपाल सिंह की भूमि पर भू-माफियाओं द्वारा जबरन कब्जा की शिकायत पर सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण को एसीजे तृतीय में विचाराधीन प्रकरण वाद को यथाशीघ्र निस्तारण की अपेक्षा की। झण्डू मौहल्ला झाझरा निवासी गरीब महिला, जिनके पति चकशाह नगर में 04 दुकानें है किरायेदारों द्वारा किराया नही दिया जा रहा है तथा अवैध रूप दुकाने कब्जाई जा रही हैं। जिस पर सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकारण को सिविल न्यायालय में वाद योजित करने सरकारी अधिवक्ता उपलब्ध कराये जाने को पत्र प्रेषित किया।

नेमी रोड निवासी दुखियारी माता ने अपनी बिटिया की हायर शिक्षा को लेकर जिलाधिकारी के सम्मुख आंसु छलकाते हुए अपना दर्द बंया, जिस पर डीएम ने नंदा-सुनंदा योजना के माध्यम से बिटिया को एमसीए की पढाई हेतु अच्छे शैक्षिक संस्थान में एडिमिशन कराने की कार्यवाही की जिस पर बालिका प्राची सिंह एवं उसकी माता ने डीएम एवं उनकी कोर टीम का आभार व्यक्त किया।

पेयजल की समस्या को लेकर 10 वर्षों से भटक रहे बंजारावाला निवासी वीडी नैथानी की शिकायत का मौके पर निस्तारण किया जल संस्थान के अधिकारियों ने यथाशीघ्र कार्यवाही करने का भरोसा दिलाया। वहीं आर्थिक सहायता को भटक रही नालापानी निवासी महिला केशर को स्वरोजगार सेवायोजित करने हेतु जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी को आवश्यक निर्देश। 83 वर्षीय बुजर्ग महिला सावित्री देवी जिनके पुत्र की मृत्यु हो गई है को एसडीएम कोर्ट द्वारा पूर्व 10 हजार प्रतिमाह भरणपोषण देने के आदेश उनकी पुत्रवधु को दिए गए थे, पुत्रवधु द्वारा बजुर्ग महिला को भरणपोषण न दिये जाने की शिकायत पर डीएम ने एसडीएम को पूर्व किये गए कोर्ट के आदेशों का अनुपालन कराते हुए आख्या प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।

डालनवाला में चन्दर रोड में दीवार को मूलस्वरूप में निर्माण किये जाने मांग पर जिलाधिकारी की शिकायत की गई जिस पर डीएम ने एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों से कारण पूछा जिस एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों ने 1 माह का समय मांगा। क्षेत्रवासियों की वर्षो से लम्बित दीवार निर्माण कार्य को एक माह के भीतर पूर्ण करने के सख्त निर्देश एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों को दिए गए।

ग्राम पंचायत बुरायला जगधान के अंतर्गत मोटर मार्ग न होने से ग्रामीणों को अपना सामान ले जाने में हो रही परेशानियों को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने जगधान बुरायला मोटर मार्ग धनाव छानी से पटांगना छानी तक मोटर मार्ग निर्माण का प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत कराने की मांग रखी। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने लोनिवि को स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। ग्राम म्यूंडा विकासखंड चकराता में नहर निर्माण न होने की शिकायत पर एसडीएम को संयुक्त रूप से जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया। खुडबुड़ा में जीर्णर्शीण गिरासू भवन को ध्वस्त करने के लिए 10 वर्षों से भटक रहे बुजुर्ग की फरियाद पर जिलाधिकारी ने शिकायत लंबित रहने का कारण बताने और समस्या तत्काल समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्राम लांघा के किसानों ने लांघा-मटोगी मोटर मार्ग पर बरसाती पानी से कृषि भूमि का कटाव होने की समस्या पर लोनिवि को स्कवर व नालियों की सफाई एवं खेतों के कटाव रोकने के लिए सुरक्षात्मक उपाय करने को कहा। ग्राम सभा रायवाला में घनी बस्ती के बीच में स्थापित मोबाइल टावर हटाने की मांग पर एसडीएम को संबंधितों के साथ संयुक्त निरीक्षण कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया। सैनिक महिला रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर सोसाइटी ने एनएच पांवटा साहिब बल्लुपुर के किमी 38.5 से 39 की सर्विस लेन से कॉलोनी वासियों को कनेक्टिविटी दिलाने की मांग रखी।

पट्टियों वाला निवासी बुजुर्ग महिला ने अपने दामाद पर मारपीट करने और घर से बाहर निकालने की शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी ने फरियादी की मानसिक पीड़ा को देखते हुए वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक सीनियर सिटीजन को जांच कर विधिक कार्रवाई करने को कहा। वहीं हाथी बडकला निवासी मदन सिंह ने अपने पुत्रों पर मारपीट करने व घर से बाहर निकालने की शिकायत रखी। दिव्यांग सुमित डंगवाल ने आर्थिक सहायता दिलाने की गुहार लगाई। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने प्रार्थी का आवेदन मुख्यमंत्री आर्थिक सहायता प्रकोष्ठ को प्रेषित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जन सुनवाई के दौरान फरियादियों ने बीएसएनएल द्वारा वेतन का भुगतान न करने, निजी भूमि पर जबरदस्ती रास्त बनाने, अनाधिकृत कब्जा व जान से मारने की धमकी देने, घरेलू जल संयोजन न किए जाने, जाती प्रमाण पत्र, राजेश्वर नगर फेस-2 में स्थित पार्क में जलभराव की निकासी की व्यवस्था करने, बच्चे की फीस माफी, सार्वजनिक रास्त के बीच में स्थित पोल को शिफ्ट करने, एफआरआई गेट के सामने शौचालय बनाने, कौलागढ़ में स्पीड ब्रेकर बनाने, एमडीडीए कॉलोनी में स्ट्रीट लाइट की मरम्मत आदि शिकायत और समस्याएं रखी। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को प्राथमिकता के साथ समस्याओं का निराकरण करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
