देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने त्यूनी भ्रमण के दौरान कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका छात्रावास का निरीक्षण करते हुए व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। डीएम के निरीक्षण से जहां विद्यालय को कई सौगात मिली, वही विद्यालय की बालिकाओं ने डीएम को अपने बीच पाकर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की।

स्कूल में दसवीं कक्षा के बाद विज्ञान वर्ग में बायो तथा कॉमर्स न होने पर दसवीं के बाद इन विषयों हेतु विद्यार्थियों को शहर में दूर के स्कूलों में जाना पड़ता है जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि उनकी ओर से सीबीएससी को प्रस्ताव बनाएं।

जिलाधिकारी ने विद्यालय के अध्यापकों से पूछा कि उनको उपकरण फर्नीचर आदि जो भी कमी है वह बताएं सभी आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति की जाएगी। अध्यापिकाओं ने बताया की विद्यालय में 150 बालिकाएं हैं जबकि 50 स्टडी टेबल है, जिस पर डीएम ने 100 स्टडी टेबल मौके पर ही स्वीकृत की। वही स्कूल की भजन माता की सुविधा के लिए रोटी मेकर मशीन लगाने की भी निर्देश दिए इसके लिए बजट का प्रावधान किया।

जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए की स्कूल की लाइब्रेरी को स्मार्ट बनाने के निर्देश दिए, स्कूल लाइब्रेरी में एटलस, डिक्शनरी, कंपटीशन की मैगजीन, महापुरुषों की जीवनी अंग्रेजी समाचार पत्र आदि ज्ञानवर्धक पुस्तक रखने की भी निर्देश दिए।

स्कूलों में खेल अवस्थाना सुविधा विकसित करने तथा स्कूल में योग टीचर कंप्यूटर टीचर तथा कराटे कोच रखने की भी स्वीकृति दी। वही बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा हेतु तीन नई महिला सुरक्षा गार्ड रखने की भी निर्देश दिए जबकि पूर्व में तीन महिला सुरक्षा गार्ड कार्यरत हैं अब इनकी संख्या 6 हो जाएगी।

वही स्कूल में पानी के उचित संयोजन के लिए एसडीएम चकराता को निर्देशित किया कि जल संस्थान से समन्वय करते हुए व्यवस्था बनाई जाए। निरीक्षण के दौरान उप जिलाधिकारी चकराता योगेश मेहर, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनोद कुमार ढौंडियाल, प्रधानाचार्य अनोखे लाल, वार्डन शीला नौटियाल आदि उपस्थित रहे।
