स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के निर्देशानुसार यह विस्तृत गाइडलाइन जारी की गई है। इसके तहत सभी जिलों में निगरानी तंत्र को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करने, अस्पतालों में आवश्यक संसाधन और व्यवस्थाएं दुरुस्त रखने तथा संक्रमण से बचाव के उपायों को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने स्पष्ट किया है कि “राज्य में फिलहाल कोविड को लेकर स्थिति पूरी तरह सामान्य है, लेकिन किसी भी संभावित जोखिम के लिए हमें पूरी तरह तैयार रहना होगा।” इसी क्रम में प्रदेशभर में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं, उपकरणों और मानव संसाधनों को सक्रिय मोड में रखा गया है।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने बताया कि वर्तमान में भारत सरकार द्वारा कोविड-19 को लेकर किसी खतरे की स्थिति घोषित नहीं की गई है। न ही कोई नया वेरिएंट सक्रिय रूप से फैल रहा है। संक्रमितों में भी केवल मामूली लक्षण पाए जा रहे हैं और वे सामान्य इलाज से घर पर ही ठीक हो रहे हैं। फिर भी संभावित खतरों से निपटने के लिए राज्य पूरी तरह सतर्क और तैयार है।
