मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के जन सेवा संकल्प और सुशासन की भावना को मूर्त रूप देते हुए देहरादून जिला प्रशासन जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान में सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रहा है। सोमवार को जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल ने ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में आयोजित जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम में नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुनीं।
जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष भूमि विवाद, कब्जा, सिंचाई गूल, बिजली बिल माफी, आपदा क्षति, मुआवजा, घरेलू हिंसा और आर्थिक सहायता जैसी 121 शिकायतें रखी गईं। इनमें से अधिकांश मामलों का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया।
डीएम ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जनता की हर समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए प्राथमिकता पर निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करें। नवाकोट निवासी जयमल सिंह की भूमि अदला-बदली में कूटरचित हस्ताक्षर की शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी ने एसडीएम को 15 दिनों में जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने को कहा।
ग्राम फूलेत माजरा व सैबूवाला के आपदा प्रभावितों की आर्थिक सहायता की मांग पर संबंधित एसडीएम और तहसीलदारों को मौका मुआयना कर राहत राशि वितरण के निर्देश दिए गए।
नींबूवाला निवासी विशाखा वर्मा के बैंक ऋण माफी प्रकरण में डीएम ने सीएसआर के माध्यम से सहायता का प्रस्ताव तैयार करने को कहा। दिव्यांग गौरव कुमार के रोजगार संबंधी अनुरोध पर एएसडीएम को किसी कंपनी में रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। कंडवाली रोड निवासी शैली गुप्ता के पति की मृत्यु के बाद बच्चों की पढ़ाई पर संकट की जानकारी पर डीएम ने सीडीओ और मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को स्कूल प्रबंधक से समन्वय कर बच्चों की पढ़ाई जारी रखने के निर्देश दिए।
हरबर्टपुर, रानीपोखरी और डालनवाला क्षेत्रों में अवैध कब्जे व निर्माण की शिकायतों पर जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल अतिक्रमण हटाने के निर्देश दिए। हिलांसवाली क्षेत्र में खसरा नंबरों की त्रुटि संबंधी शिकायत पर तहसीलदार को जांच कर समाधान के आदेश दिए गए।
