जनसुनवाई में अधिकांश भूमि सम्बन्धित विवादों की शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में आयुक्त ने कहा कि जमीन क्रय करने से पूर्व राजस्व विभाग से जमीनों की अवश्य जांच करा लें। उन्होंने कहा लोगों द्वारा भूमि विवाद की शिकायत में बताया जाता है कि उन्हें इस सम्बन्ध में जानकारी नही है जानकारी नही होने के कारण लोग गलतियां करते है और जिसका खामियाजा भविष्य में लोगों को भुगतना पडता है। उन्होंने कहा जानकारी ना होना भी एक अपराध है। इसलिए भूमि क्रय करने से पूर्व सभी जानकारियां होना जरूरी है ताकि भविष्य के परेशानियों से बचा जा सकेगा।
आयुक्त ने कहा कि जनसुनवाई मे शिकायतकर्ता पूर्ण जानकारी एवं दस्तावेजों के साथ नही आते है जिससे शिकायकर्ता की शिकायत की पूर्ण जानकारी नही मिल पाती है। उन्होंने शिकायतकर्ताओं से कहा कि जनसुनवाई में शिकायतकर्ता पूर्ण जानकारी एवं प्रपत्रों के साथ आयें ताकि शिकायकर्ता का समाधान आसानी से हो सके।*

जनसुनवाई मे दिनेशपुर निवासी जगमोहन ने बताया कि नगर पंचायत दिनेशपुर मे नालियों की सफाई नही होने से लोगों का जीना मुश्किल हो गया है। जिस पर आयुक्त ले अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पंचायत दिनेशपुर को जांच कर आख्या प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिये। कोटाबाग निवासी चित्रानन्दन ने बताया कि उन्होने ठेकेदार के अधीन लगभग 10 वर्ष कार्य किया पीएफ की कटौती भी हुई लेकिन भुगतान नही हुआ जिस पर आयुक्त ने सम्बन्धित ठेकेदार को कार्यालय में तलब करने के निर्देश दिये।
