देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोनप्रयाग से केदारनाथ और गोविन्दघाट से हेमकुंड साहिब के लिए रोपवे विकास के लिए केन्द्रीय मंत्रीमंडल द्वारा मंजूरी दिये जाने पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का आभार व्यक्त किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड आने से पहले प्रधानमंत्री ने राज्य को दो बड़ी सौगात दी है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केदारनाथ और हेमकुंड साहिब के लिए रोपवे का विकास होने से श्रद्धालुओं को दर्शन में काफी सुगमता होगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने दिल्ली दौरे के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री से इन दोनों रोपवे के निर्माण के लिए अनुरोध किया था।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी का देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड से विशेष लगाव है। उनके मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखण्ड हर क्षेत्र में देश के अग्रणी राज्यों की श्रेणी में शामिल हो रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में केन्द्र सरकार का हर क्षेत्र में राज्य को सहयोग मिल रहा है। श्री केदारनाथ का पुनर्निमाण, श्री बदरीनाथ के मास्टर प्लान के कार्य तेजी से हुए हैं। उनके आने के बाद राज्य में शीतकालीन यात्रा में भी श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या में तेजी से वृद्धि होगी।

*केन्द्रीय कैबिनेट ने राष्ट्रीय रोपवे विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत पर्वतमाला परियोजना के अन्तर्गत उत्तराखंड में सोनप्रयाग से केदारनाथ (12.9 किमी) तक रोपवे को दी मंजूरी ।*

केन्द्रीय कैबिनेट ने राष्ट्रीय रोपवे विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत पर्वतमाला परियोजना के अन्तर्गत उत्तराखंड में सोनप्रयाग से केदारनाथ (12.9 किमी) तक रोपवे को मंजूरी दी है। परियोजना का डिजाइन, निर्माण, वित्त, संचालन और स्थानांतरण (डीबीएफओटी) मोड पर 4,081.28 करोड़ रुपये की कुल पूंजी लागत पर विकसित किया जाएगा। रोपवे को सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी में विकसित करने की योजना है और यह सबसे उन्नत ट्राई-केबल डिटेचेबल गोंडोला (3एस) तकनीक पर आधारित होगा। इसकी डिजाइन क्षमता 1,800 यात्री प्रति घंटे प्रति (पीपीएचपीडी) होगी, जो प्रतिदिन 18 हजार यात्रियों को ले जाएगी।

यह रोपवे परियोजना केदारनाथ आने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए वरदान होगी क्योंकि यह पर्यावरण-अनुकूल, आरामदायक और तेज़ कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करेगी और एक दिशा में यात्रा का समय लगभग 8 से 9 घंटे से घटकर लगभग 36 मिनट कर देगी। रोपवे परियोजना निर्माण और संचालन के साथ-साथ आतिथ्य, यात्रा, खाद्य और पेय पदार्थ (एफ एंड बी) और पर्यटन जैसे संबद्ध पर्यटन उद्योगों में पूरे वर्ष रोजगार के पर्याप्त अवसर उपलब्ध कराएगी।

रोपवे परियोजना का विकास संतुलित सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने, पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में लास्ट मील कनेक्टिविटी को बढ़ाने और तेजी से आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
वर्तमान में केदारनाथ मंदिर तक की यात्रा गौरीकुंड से 16 किमी की चुनौतीपूर्ण चढ़ाई है और इसे पैदल, घोड़ा-खच्चर, पालकी और हेलीकॉप्टर से किया जाता है। प्रस्तावित रोपवे की योजना मंदिर में आने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों को सुविधा प्रदान करने और सोनप्रयाग तथा केदारनाथ के बीच हर मौसम में कनेक्टिविटी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए बनाई गई है। केदारनाथ 12 पवित्र ज्योतिर्लिंगों में से एक है जो उत्तराखंड के रुद्रप्रयाग जिले में 3,583 मीटर (11968 फीट) की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में आर्थिक मामलों की मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति (सीसीईए) ने गोविंदघाट से हेमकुंड साहिब जी तक 12.4 किलोमीटर रोपवे परियोजना के निर्माण को भी मंजूरी दी है। इस परियोजना का डिजाइन, निर्माण, वित्त, संचालन और हस्तांतरण (डीबीएफओटी) मोड पर विकसित किया जाएगा, जिसकी कुल पूंजीगत लागत 2,730.13 करोड़ रुपये होगी। वर्तमान में हेमकुंड साहिब जी की यात्रा गोविंदघाट से 21 किलोमीटर की चुनौतीपूर्ण चढ़ाई है और इसे पैदल, घोड़ा-खच्चर, पालकी से किया जाता है। प्रस्तावित रोपवे की योजना हेमकुंड साहिब जी के दर्शन करने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों और फूलों की घाटी में आने वाले पर्यटकों को सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए बनाई गई है और यह गोविंदघाट और हेमकुंड साहिब जी के बीच हर मौसम में अंतिम मील की कनेक्टिविटी सुनिश्चित करेगी।

रोपवे को सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी में विकसित करने की योजना है और यह गोविंदघाट से घांघरिया (10.55 किमी) तक मोनोकेबल डिटैचेबल गोंडोला (एमडीजी) पर आधारित होगा, जिसे घांघरिया से हेमकुंड साहिब जी (1.85 किमी) तक सबसे उन्नत ट्राइकेबल डिटैचेबल गोंडोला (3 एस) तकनीक से जोड़ा जाएगा, इसका डिजाइन इस तरीके से तैयार किया जाएगा जिससे इसकी क्षमता प्रति घंटे प्रति दिशा 1,100 यात्री (पीपीएचपीडी) होगी और यह प्रतिदिन 11,000 यात्रियों को ले जाएगा। रोपवे परियोजना निर्माण और परिचालन के दौरान और साथ ही पूरे वर्ष आतिथ्य, यात्रा, खाद्य और पेय (एफ एंड बी) और पर्यटन जैसे संबद्ध पर्यटन उद्योगों में रोजगार के पर्याप्त अवसर पैदा करेगी। रोपवे परियोजना का विकास संतुलित सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने, तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए अंतिम मील तक कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाने और क्षेत्र के तीव्र आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। हेमकुंड साहिब जी उत्तराखंड राज्य के चमोली जिले में 15,000 फीट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित तीर्थ स्थल है। इस पवित्र स्थल पर स्थापित गुरुद्वारा मई से सितम्बर के बीच साल में लगभग 5 महीने के लिए खुला रहता है और हर साल लगभग 1.5 से 2 लाख तीर्थयात्री यहां आते हैं।
